Thanks all, I know the advert said loose a stone in a month, I'm surprised I did it in a week. I have done it before (1+1/2 yrs ago) maybe I did all the hard work then, who knows.
My routine this week was gym X4 nights
30 mins on threadmil
10 mins on bike
2 rounds of machine weights
I also did an hour walk last sunday and been walking every day on my lunch break...I guess you could call me determined, however I know how easy it is to fall off the bandwagon, trust me I have been there last time round. Feel good after loosing half a stone and then earn myself a "treat"....hmm chicken fillet burger :sigh: so anybody reading and thinking that guys crusing, think again, it could all come crumbling down very easily.
But on a more postive note, last time round I didn't have this forum. I must say all the encouragement is fab. I just hope this my words can inspire those thinking of giving it a go and for those on it to remain focused.
