I've stuck to it 100% my water intake could improve I've peed on a stick and am in ketosis yet I'm only 4lb down :( :( the most I've ever lost first week is 7lb! But I'm gutted I really hope this is down to totm I know every lose is a lose and it's water weight but I cant help feeling disheartened anyone experience such a low lose? I can't help it I'm SO upset this week was really hard I'm still gona stick to it hoping next week makes up :(
 
aww chick, not much of a comfort when you expect more but its does say 1 stone a month on average so your following that trend. Keep strong x

Your profile doesnt say how much you want to lose. I think heavier folk have higher losses. So maybe your expectations were too high.

4lbs a week would be 16lbs a month - more than the stone a month we expect on all vlcd plans. So maybe you can sort out your thinking, be happy for your losses and keep going. Your clothes will be looser too in a few weeks.

PS Do get your water intake up. It really makes a difference as youyr liver uses it to process the waste of the weight loss. Get some small half litre water nottles and drink one every 3 hours. You'll be in and out of the toilet all day (and night) - but it's worth it!
 
Thanks guys i know it says a stone a month I just thought everyone losses big the first week I'm gona defo up my water intake..I can't quite figure out how to do my profile lol but I've got 3 stone left to loose and I'm 5.3 size 16 on my legs and 14 on top..thanks 4 replying I just had to get it of my chest :)
