First weighin. 228 pounds

Just joined today. Went and bought a scale, and im ready. Even if its the day before christmas, I'm starting today.
My weight--228.5 pounds. That's about 28 more pounds than I estimated before...
My goal weight is going to be 165. Hope it keeps moving in the right direction.

It takes a lot of mental strength and it sounds like you are there. Remember - that start weight is the heaviest you will ever weigh and you will never see that number again if you stay strong!
