Right off to have a coffee with cream all this talk of cheesecakes and choc ices has got to me!!!

Hmmmm I will need to go and get the dark choc Vicky mentioned and to think I was sitting outside an Aldi today .... ...

Do you manage to ration yourself with ok Linzi? Think I might have to get DH to hide it! xx

I get the one from sainsburys they come in small bars 4g carb per bar & one is all I need, think coz its so bitter you don't need much.

morning all glorious day here so heading out and about maybe to the beach or a park ....

B - scrambled egg mixed with some philly, mushrooms, 1/2 piece of shhhh whisper it (toast) would have been a full bit but had to share!
L - prawn mayonnaise salad with cheese, beetroot etc
D - mackerel salad!! same as above really with a bit egg mayo mixed in

Snack - whoops peanuts but Tesco sell bags of 6 x 30g which is great stops you eating waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many!!
Oh and 2 x babybel and mini pepperami!!
