Well I will start with my last day of bad eating as tomorrow I begin!

brekkie: banana & cofee

lunch: cup of quinoa salad, chorizo and sun dried tomato soup, half turkey and mozaralla chcheese snack: quarter chicken & stuffing sandwich, mini cornetto
dinner: gnocchi, smokey bacon & tomato sauce, cheddar ccheese diet coke
popcorn

not an ideal day but tomorrow starts a new day!
 
And with a small break of 3 months I am back ;) I forgot I had joined this sight...but I've been stuck into SW for the last 3 weeks now so getting the hang of it...today I had :

Breakfast: fruit salad and skinny latte
lunch: pasta, cherry tomato, pesto and pine nut salad from M&S - wasn't very good and probably very high in syns :( bad choice!
mint & apple tea
dinner: two griddle panned turkey breasts, 4 carrots & spaghetti hoops
tough day tomorrow as have a college reunion lunch in the afternoon and then a baby shower in the evening....but will try to be disciplined!!
i really want to hit a 2lb loss on Tues!!
