Ooh will grab some of that next time I go in, didn't realise it was syn free!

Yep, according to syns online! Just make sure you don't get the value one like I did the other day, it's not nearly as nice and it was 7 syns!! :-o it's just tesco in a green tin.

Milk in coffee (A1)

SW wedges (B2) baked spicy cod

Fredo (5)
Maltesers bunny (2.5)

Syns 16.5, A1, B1
WI was 190 so 1 pound down this week
 
Saturday 26th January

Weetabix (B1) milk. (A1)

Cheese (A2) bacon omelette
Hifi (3)

SW burgers with cheese (incl in a2 above)
Whlml pitta (B2)

Milka bunny (5) velvet crunch (4)

Plan on using last 3 syns on one syn beer ;)
 
Sunday 27th January

Seriously grumpy and tired today - was awake until at least 4.30am then alarm went off at 6.30am
Note to self - DO NOT have a vista coffee at 7pm!

Drinks with friends on Saturday at one if their houses, thankfully 3 of the 4 are on SW
So I will be making SW burgers on whlml barms, spicy wedges, and chicken kebabs to soak up the beer

Planning on an epic bike ride in the morning......
 
Fed and trying to work up the effort for the first bike ride of 2013 - need to earn some credit in calories burned to allow for the afternoons activities!

Decided instead of a 20 mile long flat ride as I didn't have much time, would go the closer but usually avoided ten mile route which is almost all gradually uphill
Didn't count on it being also against the wind in every direction!!
Apparently I have burned 548 calories, I can just feel wind burn on my face and ears :(
Off to get ready for afternoon entertainment with a long hot shower ;)
