Have been having too many hexb so potato had to be synned - only had potatoes as an occasional treat as I don't seem to lose when eating them tend to sts so think they don't suit me.
Made a large pan of super free soup (all the veg I could find with a sprinkle of paprika & garlic)
Plan on having this for lunch all week and getting back on the scan bran & back on track, plan on weigh in on Friday - haven't had official weigh ibs for last week as don't want it to de motivate me as I know gain was most likely outcome off a day off plan each of the last 2 weeks

Slightly traumatised about the idea of going for Chinese afterwork tomorrow - unable to get out of it, can't seem to find any good options for a Chinese on a red day so just going to have no other syns & try not to eat too much!
Not a great plan as weigh in is on Friday morning!

So 12.5 syns for the day! Needed something a bit tasty, sulking as not feeling 100%!

That's pretty good going syn wise for a meal out. I love Chinese, think I'd have crumbled and taken to a dish of crispy shredded beef and smoked chicken. Drool!
Get what you mean though about it going straight to your tummy - drink plenty of fluids to clear it out.
I managed a whole 5 scan bran yesterday! Woo!

Friday 27th April weigh in - STS
Still 189lb. Am pleased with that considering the carb fest I have been on recently coupled Ruth the Chinese on wednesday!
Time to knuckle down as this is taking too long - ideally want to hit 140 by end if this year, these last few weeks of no losses are time wasting!
Hopefully the kayak lesson on Saturday will help, along with the health spa swimming day I have planned with a friend on Wednesday
Also signed up for the manc to Blackpool bike ride - so REALLY need to get my arse on my bike and train
 
Friday 27 th april

SW egg bacon pitta
Got some good news so went off the rails - directly into a pub, followed by a Chinese buffet, stopped counting at 10 pints
Only had 2 small plates at the buffet unusually for me......


Sat 28th April
Again started wholemeal toast
kayak lesson
Had a KFC to cure the hangover......
Then went again to the same Chinese buffet for friends 30th - no beer this time as she was very pregnant!



Sun 29th April

Started with good intentions - SW whlml pitta with bacon & fry light egg
Ended up shopping for hours couldn't find anything good worth eating, ended up with a tesco egg and cress (on wholemeal!)
Walkers salt & vinegar
however continued with a kit kat chunky and a caramel egg......
So was past caring at tea went out for a full Sunday dinner, followed by apple pie & custard

It seems star week has snuck up on me this week, at least that explains why the cravings kicked in again, I should have seen that coming!

Trying to have a fish week eating it at least once a day to see if it makes any difference
Also signed up for manc to Blackpool bike ride so really need to start training will hopefully get rid if some inches!
 
Sounds like you had fun though and that's the main thing. Pat on the back for getting back on it and that will help minimise any damage you may have. Life just happens sometimes and you gotta go with it.... It did all sound lovely though :D xx
