Absolutely brilliant. If it makes you feel any better I caned the JD, vodka and shots on Saturday at the poker night so not alone there :D xx

Monday 7th May -travelling back from lake district homewards

10 whlml pitta (B1) bacon, fry light egg
11 banana
1 whlml x 2 (B2) LCL x 4 (A1) wafer ham
Skips (4 syns) Ww mini roll (4.5 syns)
3 very small piece of vanilla fudge (assume 5 syns)
6 Sunday dinner
Roasties (6 syns?!? Not sure)
Gravy (2 syns wasn't much)
Chicken & random veg

Not sure of total syns but too many!
On the bright side spent an hour waking around a waterfall in the lakes - majority of it was uphill!
Can feel it in thighs the next day so must have done me some good!

Yep going looking for one to buy this weekend so I will have one to take down to Newquay so I can bob about in the sea!
 
Oooh haven't updated here in a while!
Spent the last week camping down south, glamping was great, however the food was not :(
Not in the SW sense anyway - in a naughty sense was amazing!
Pretty much lived off BBQ, red stripe, clotted cream on assorted cakes, more red stripe
Not very healthy but it was birthday week so balls to it!
Back on the straight and narrow, and feeling all the better for the break - however the scales are not impressed with me lol
This morning was back to 201 - before I went away was 188lb! Hopefully straight back off again.....

Sounds like you have been having fun though :) been like that myself over the weekend and had a gain at WI last night. It happens I guess.

Food looks good for getting back on it so I'd reckon your gain will be gone in no time honey xx

I hope it's gone soon - was 13lb! 3 down already so on the way back to normal I hope as I can definitely feel & see the extra
Not helping myself really as going camping again tomorow for bank holiday weekend and already invested in a crate of red stripe
Going to be careful with food and just hope I get away with the beer
When I get back will only have a month until
The 60 mile ride I have signed up for so will have to start training!
 
Was back on SW until Thursday through until Thursday when I went camping in the lakes
Complete lack of Internet signal there so no updates, but suffice to say drank far too much lager, and ate anything not nailed down!

Did walk up a large very hill, was very painful bitty must have done me some good as my thighs are still hurting today......bit too energetic and outdoorsy for me

Back to normal since Wednesday and starting to feel better for it already......

Weighed 200 (was 188 before went camping few weeks ago)
Focussing on fish to hurry up getting back on target ideally at least 1 fish meal a day

Wrong on so many levels.

How's it going anyway? Back on it firmly? I'm staying well away from alcohol this weekend, damn the Queen and her long bank holiday!! She has a lot to answer for. Xx

Yep, right on it!
I even Refused a free parklife ticket as I'm so determined not to drink lager. I usually like gin which isn't so bad but currently it's lager I can't refuse!
60 mile bike ride is in 4 weeks so now my legs have finally stopped hurting from the little hill walk, I'm gonna have to get some practice in!
Exercise of some sort is a must for this lazy cow this weekend!
 
60 miles?! Are you mad!!!! Where is that?

My downfall when I've had a voddie or 2 is that I become a monster. Like I just don't bloody stop! And I then consume loads of shots and more drinks and then I get munchies. Although I seem to have got the munchies under control now until the following day and fill up on SW foods :D

What's plans for weekend then? Weather best pick up ! Xx
