My downfall when I've had a voddie or 2 is that I become a monster. Like I just don't bloody stop! And I then consume loads of shots and more drinks and then I get munchies. Although I seem to have got the munchies under control now until the following day and fill up on SW foods :D

Riding Manchester to Blackpool it is a charity ride for christie's
I have similar problems with any alcohol - cant just have a taste have to drink it all, plus Amy food that is not nailed down gets eaten, I even take it upon myself to smoke myself silly as soon as the alcohol kicks in! Quit in January and font think about it any other time!

Was planning on spending the weekend regretting not going to download festival, but based on the weather I'm pretty glad now!
An going to try not to drink, and intend on going the gym......
Gonna eat the melting burgers that are taking ages to cook, then it is Friday night in the gym!
 
Woo to the Friday night workout! You'll feel better for it and I agree, who wants to be at a festival in this weather?! Too bloody cold (only felt the cold since I got slimmer :D)

After reading another thread on here I have just drank half a bottle of lemon juice...... It tasted good in orange pop if nothing else!
 
Fridays food

Bacon & fry light egg, whlml bread (B1)

Melon & pineapple
Free veg soup
Prawn omelette
Milk in coffee (A2)
SW melting burgers (cheddar A1)
Lettuce
Whlml pitta (B2)

Most impressed with myself for refusing pizza - having a Ww mini roll (4.5 syns) & velvet crunch (4 syns)
Also drank a fair bit of lemon juice - seems worth a try!

Syns - 8.5, a x 2, b x 2
 
Saturday - started well but went a little tits up!

Whlml toast (B1) poached egg x 2

Whlml barm x 2 (B2 & 6 syns) wafer ham
Was out and about this was closest thing to acceptable I could find!

Melon - honeydew & cantaloupe

Still hadn't had tea at 9pm had been at a friends all day - so the resolve faded!
Went asda got chicken fajitas 2 tortilla wraps so at least 20 syns there, plus mccains potato wedges not sure how many but lots, with garlic bread pizza

Followed by Victoria sponge cake in double cream!

Bad girl! Many many syns can't be exact but let's just write off as a bad day!

Penance is I'm off out on the bike now to make up for it! Haven't touched it for a while so it will hurt!
 
Successful Sunday

Wholemeal pitta (B1) with fry light egg & bacon

Crabsticks x 8 - not very hungry but needed fuel before the bike ride

25 mile ride burned over 1300 calories ;)
My bum is numb - need to work on getting used to it again

Wholemeal pitta (B2) steak, cheddar (A1)

Weight watchers mini roll (4.5 syns)
Velvet crunch (4 syns)

Syns 8.5, a x 1, b x 2
Over 1300 calories from bike ride
Drinking lemon juice in NAS cordial
Pretty good day!
 
Monday's Food

Shredded wheat x 2 (B1 & 3.5 syns) milk (A1)
Stupidly got shredded wheat and started eating them - only half way through did I wake up enough to realise they weren't weetabix! Doh!

Prawn omelette, free veg soup

Melon & pineapple

Whlml pitta (B2) steak, melted cheddar (A2)

Ww mini roll (4.5 syns) velvet crunch (4 syns)

Syns 12, A x 2, B x 2
 
Jeez! 25 mile ride.... how long did that take you?! Bet your butt did not thank you afterwards :D
What do you put in your prawn omelette? Just prawns and egg? I got some prawns in the freezer that need to be used up so could do one of these for dinner tomorrow after badminton as its quick xx

About 2.5 hours - will try and speed it up next time....... Ok for first attempt in a while

I just put prawns, egg, water and mixed herbs in if being lazy, however it is really nice with a load of spinach in there
 
Tuesday's Food

Bran flakes (B1) milk (A1)

Melon & pineapple
Grapes
Prawn omelette, free veg soup

Steak, bacon, cheddar (A2) whlml Pitta (B2)
Tea was a consequence of the bacon and steak need using and not enough of either to fill a Pitta on its own

Snack - 16 syns worth of mikado mmm was a nice change! Although should have bought the smaller boxes as all of them is 16 - couldn't leave the last 2 and was not feeling kind enough to share
 
Steak, bacon and cheese in a pitta? Sounds like food heaven!
Mikados are delish and if my OH wasn't here to pinch some I would easily munch the box. Thank goodness they are only 1/2 syn ;)

Went slightly over on the syns as until I filled this in I had forgotten the scan bran were syns!

Saturday - OFF PLAN

Bacon, fry light egg on whlml (B1)

Then went into town and had eaten nothing until 6pm at which point I fell head first into a pub tea!
Had a sharing combo - chicken rings, potato skins, chicken strips etc along side cheesy chips

Finished off with a chicken burger and chips after approx 10 pints of lager
