Sunday's Food

King prawns - was out shopping in Wigan and at a loss of something SW sensible (got a few funny looks waking round eating those!)

Steak, cheddar (A1) whlml pitta (B2)

Ww choc eclair (all but top layer with choc as don't like it) assume ( 4 syns)

Velvet crunch - 4
Ww mini roll - 4.5

Syns 12.5, A x 1, B x 2
Didn't quite manage to get the bike out today
Really must get it out a few times this week !
 
Monday's Food

Whlml barm (B2) ham, LCL (A2)

Melon & pineapple

M&S chunky steak, cabbage, cauliflower
Very hungry day needed a big filling tea!

Mikado x 22 (11 syns)

Syns - 15, A x 2, B x 2

Have procured some Ww wraps so looking forward to having some SW friendly fajitas tomorrow!
 
Tuesday's Food

Whlml barm (B2) salmon, lots of vinegar

Few pieces of melon & pineapple stolen from buffet leftovers at work - thankfully all the sandwiches had mayo on which I can't stand, so no temptation to pinch one!

Ww wrap x 2 (10 syns) I think!
Steak, bit of fajita mix, loads of mushrooms as O forgot to buy peppers!
Pineapple, mango

Ww mini roll (4.5 syns)

Bike ride after work before tea, only a little 8 miler nearly 400 calories burnt - went on a much shorter route but aimed for inclined rather than avoiding them as I normally do

Syns - 18.5, A x 1, B x 2

Slightly over on syns but felt I deserve it after the bike ride! It's a shame there are no wraps that are healthy extras as it does seem a waste of syns! Was nice for a change though

Went slightly over in syns as for some reason when I cooked the cod parsley sauce I had it in my head they were syn free?!?! Should have had an omelette ;(
 
Thursday 21st June

Ww wrap (5 syns) as pitta breads had gone off - was actually nice will do that again!

9. Mikado x 10 (5 syns ) as every bugger else was eating Chinese - needed distraction to stop me sticking my head in a tub of egg fried rice!
Plans for a bike ride tonight scuppered due to heavy rain, may go swimming timorrod
 
Well done on Chinese resistance! I love Chinese and the smell of it would have made me dive in for a few mouthfuls at least!

Just hope it's dry for the 60 mile ride in 2 weeks that I SHOULD be training for!

OFF PLAN!!!!!!
On the bright side got my car re mapped so it's like having a new toy, so had a few to celebrate ;)
