5. Blue riband (5 syns) out in manc so limited choice had to go for only low syn thing in bag
7. SW KFC chicken used 3 whlml slices so
(B2 & 3 syns). Lettuce
10. 22 magic stars - bought a bag thinking were 3.5 syns but then realised was 33g so 9 syns when searched - was determined to eat them but not enough syns so pack works out 5 calories each had 22 so equates to ( 6 syns )
Not the ideal way to do it, but wanted the stars!!!!

Nice low syns today - product of a visit to the travel agents meaning a holiday in 7 weeks hoping to book tomorow - would be nice to get a stone off in 7 weeks - suddenley I feel all inspired about body magic!!!!!

Booked a holiday for in 8 weeks so suddenley feeling motivated to exercise
Swimming cap ordered - would rather look like a tool then end up with chlorine abused hair again!!! As soon as it arrives I'm off to the pool!

Chips & gravy (small cafe portion) out with mum and grandma, too hungry to make a sensible choice at that point!

Cheese on toast in attempt to sober up! Would have happily had a pizza but couldn't get hold of one!!

Took niece for a 6 mile bike ride so 332 calories burned. Had a picnic halfway so food as follows

Need to look into syns in salmon paste can't find it ????? French fries (4.5 syns) banana

Roast chicken, big pile of cabbage & sprouts
Granule gravy (2.5 syns)
Quality comfort food!!!!

So far 8 syns definite plus whatever suns for salmon paste........

So it seems a jar of salmon paste is only 7 syns - so one syn used there - thought it would be higher! Finishing off the night with 6 syns worth of mokadp
 
I started slimming world last week as far as I can see I've been following the plan but have put on weight :-( i have been eating cooked packet meats what are the best ones to buy? X

Any meat really I tend to go for wafer ham but that's just personal preference - anything with no visible fat is free
Do you have a diary I could have a look at? There might be something you think is on plan that is not free?
