Only red. Can't stand the hunger or bloat generated with green and extra easy, they don't seem to suit me as I don't lose on them

I had a lovely bit of salmon yesterday. I topped it with 1/2 a hexa of philly and baked it for about 10-15 mins in the oven. I had it with some roasted veg and cabbage - very yummy!

I also often make parcels out of tin foil - put your fish in (can be any fish) and top it with some salt, pepper, garlic, lime juice, fresh chilli (or any combination of the above). THen fold the top and sides over so its like a little packet and stick it in the oven for 12-15 mins. Using big prawns is a great idea as well - especially if you like chilli as the flavour really soaks into the prawns this way. I usually just have a big old salad with this recipe.

I have some more salmon for dinner one day this week - do you know of any good recipes? At the moment I am thinking of a pasta kind of dish with light philly to make it creamy - but I am not sure I want pasta as it bloats me a lot.

(Btw - I have just found out that for the edemame beans its 7 syns on red. Quite a lot for what they are but I love them so happy to use my syns on them today!)

My cooking skills are at best seriously lacking!
I tend to just bake cod with lemon juice.
Prawns I tend to eat in an omelette or stirfry, abd going to use crabsticks for snacks.
Definitely going to try the salmon with phili though that sounds really good!
