Not too bad so far definitely feeling less bloated - its surprising how full I stay off fish but then I suppose it's because it is pure protein
If I don't lose lots ai Wong be doing it again but I'm not finding it hard to stick to yet ;)

Finally got a bit more time to come on here. I will have bit more time in the evenings for the next 3 weeks so going to start my food diary. Starting slimming world class tomorrow. I wish I could do it without going to class like you do but I cant stick at it for some reason. Been on my cross trainer last few nights, only managing 25 mins and im sweating cobs. Oh well I can only get fitter!

Yeah they are free - lesson one of slimming world - you're not supposed to be calorie counting ;)
Just sick of the flavours liking the weight watchesrs citrus ones

Loving that you have a form of exercise device you actually use - I'm very good at buying them but not using - nice to see you back on here again ;)
Very odd seeing your location on your profile down as Suffolk - I forget you live that far now!
 
I know, pants isnt it (about Suffolk). Tonys gone for a job and just had the interview. Theyve asked him back for a second interview. Fingers crossed. It would mean a move to north of Nottingham!

Just sick of the flavours liking the weight watchesrs citrus ones

I know not supposed to be calorie counting but as lots of foods are Free foods, ill need to as I have no cut off point where my stomach says "STOP....your full!" I could keep going! For example bananas, i could eat 3 or 4 a day, but thats 300-400 calories a day!! I need to learn portion control. I eat healthily already (most of the time!) I just eat too much

Same here - I find red days keep my appetite I'm check as it naturally limits carbs - the more carbs I eat the more my appetite increases! White bread is definitely my nemesis!

If you're on the website on a computer I think you just go in slimming world section then should sections of different headings eg syn queries, inspiration, diaries..... Go into the diaries one a start a new thread there ..... There see plenty others in there for you to look at for ideas

Ive called it something like "long journey ahead (again)!!" just been on my account and changed privacy settings so not sure if that will help. Off to bed now am shattered, will have another try tomorrow if you cant find it. Night xx
 
Thursday - day 4 fishy week!

Weetabix (B1) milk (A1)

Muller Greek low fat yog. (0.5 syn)

Prawn & spinach omelette
Peach
4 Crabsticks

Salmon fillet x 2, BNS wedges

Kinder bar (3.5)
Skips (4)

Syns 9, a x 1, b x 1
Normal WI in morning but going to weigh also on Monday to see the full effect to see if fishy week has had an effect!
 
2lb off on official weigh day - more than I lose in a week normally - will try again Monday as only completed 4 days so far of fishy week hopefully there's more to come
