Heading to la Palma - had never heard of it before but the hotel has eleven pools which suits me as I spend most of my time on holiday in the pool!
 
So have been a complete disgrace since Thursday - went totally off it when the pmt set in!

After being leathered last night I have now had a word with myself regarding the holiday in 20 sleeps and looking like a whale!

Enjoying the sun plans are taking BBQ to friends, all SW friendly I'm gonna be in charge of the food then it dosent all go wrong!

So after was off work yesterday had pizza and garlic bread, I'm back to normal
Sunday was spent at a christening with mcds for breakfast........then no more food just beer

16 sleeps until the holiday - back on it with a vengeance, particularly as I was back up to 194 this morning - was down to 187 before cocking up again!!!!!

Accidentally turned into a fish day today as really fancied wedges and cod for tea. So has accidentally kicked me into another fish week!
Have been to Costco and stocked up again on fish so good to go, will hopefully quickly get me back to the 187lb I was at!
Today is actually 16 sleeps to holiday - want to see best behaviour in the meantime!!!
