Food diary - mainly red days

Thursday's Food

Chicken & cheddar (A1) omelette
Milk in coffee (A 2)
Satsuma

SW mushroom soup, orange
Satsuma

Ww pitta (B1) steak, mushrooms, cheddar (6!)

Milka bunny (106 cals so 5 syns????)
Ringos crisps (4 syns)

Syns - 15, A x 2, B x 1
Had cheese at tea forgetting had it earlier so effectively three Hex A's!!!!!! How annoying!!!!!
Same tea as last time as steak needed using - really need to remember to freeze things!
Stocked up on a load of different green & peppermint teas so I can stop wasting hexA's on milk
 
WI was 194 this morning - only started on monday at 199 but think I'm gonna stick with Friday as WI day as I'm used to it
Hoping a few more pounds will come off by Monday though as its 'fake weight' that only just went on over Xmas and on holiday which id usually easier to remove!
But main priority this weekend is off to watch the hobbit and must not attack the sweets or hot dogs

Thinking of taking grapes and pink & whites?

Loving my dinner feels very naughty - have attempted to upload for food porn purposes!
Had steak & pittas still to use ( really need to start remembering to freeze things! ) so made steak mushrooms and grated cheese last night, put it all together and bunged in the microwave
One very satisfied belly now!

Few chunks of roasted parsnip - not sure if should be counting few syns for this cabt remember and the book is at a friends!

REBELLION TIME!!!!

Just found a thread confirming whlml pittas are no longer healthy extras.
Devastated!
Frankly I'm gonna be naughty and continue to treat them the same unless it starts affecting my losses ....... As the ingredients have not changed and bread makes me feel rubbish & bloated & sleepy so sticking with pittas!
Just pointing this out in case anyone else is using my diary for food ideas, I do not intend to encourage others to be naughty, but I will be!
 
Oooh you little rebel!! :D what ones you using? It's completely up to you really, it's not like you go to group and pay to be told not to eat it and if it continues to work then why not? Bit like my porridge issue - the sachets of porridge are no longer a HexB choice but I've got 2 boxes of them! So I will finish having them (1 sachet and a ryvita was classed as a full HexB so that's what I'll do) and then I'll revert to 35g of porridge oats. It worked before so don't see why not now?

Going tonight can't decide if 2d or 3d is a better plan! 3d means having to wear contact lenses in a very heavily air condition place - could get very annoying for a three hour film!

Still using the coop and asda pittas so I'm not changing until their recipe changes - got about four packs in the cupboard!

M&S chunky steak, cabbage, sprouts

Cinema food - Fredo (5) 4 x pink whites (10)

Whlml toast x 2 (B2 & 6 syns)
Cheddar (A1 & A2)

Syns - 21, A - 2, B - 2

Hobbit was great and pleased didn't eat any cinema food!
Was in dire need of pizza so compromised in an argument with myself by going for wholemeal cheese on toast
 
Sunday's Grub!

Scrambled egg and whlml toast (B1)

Roast chicken, cauli & broccoli
SW roasties (B2) roasted parsnip & gravy granules (2)
..........used 2 teaspoons if granules so I'm sure that's one syn from memory but assuming there might be a bit of syn in parsnip (no book to hand today so allowing 2 syns?)
This is first time I have made SW roasties - yum yum yum!!!!! Can't believe I have been on this diet 11 months and only just attempted....!!!!

Had a sneaky WI this morning was 192..... So 7lb less than the 199lb on Monday!!!! That's the holiday & Xmas weight almost gone ;)

Roast looks awesome. I can't believe you've never made SW roasties! They look pretty damn good too. I like making little roast potatoes and putting garlic in with them when they roast - nom!

Ironically just found two pink and whites leftover so adding one of those to syns - unfortunately OH ate the other !
