Food diary to get me back on track!

Managed to loose another 2lb this week but i just seem to have been yo-yoing in the 15's for ever! Would like to think i could be in the 14's in a couple of weeks but im off to Bangor for sons graduation so it will be two nights of pub teas and possibly lbs on not off! Just want to get in the 14's to feel im making progress! :-(
 
I'm here! Got a bit down having gained half a stone when i went to sons graduation and then couldn't seem to get back on track! Sorted now though i think as ive been 100% for four days now! Looking for a good loss as gained 10lb in total, giving myself 3 weeks to get it off!
 
Well i pulled myself together and have been 100% all week and have done some exercise! All the hard work has paid off and ive lost 9.5lbs yay, back on track!
 
Well managing to stay 100% so hoping for a nice little loss by monday and hopefully into the 14's the following week. Only 9 days to go to my midnight 5 mile walk for charity, really looking forward to it!
