Hope all are well no DVD today as got zumba tonight!looking forward to Zumba missed it for couple of weeks.

Yeh I've tried the m and s one before which was divine and morissons one surprisingly was just as good and they're on offer at the mo xx

Loved getting back into Zumba last night and was up at 6.30 doing 30 day shred this morning,I'll be gutted if I wi tomorro and put on after all this sweatingive been doing in workouts lol!

Well I've been really bad yesterday n today, not tracked at all! Gone way way over weeklies! Will just have to b extra goo tomorrow till weigh in, n hope for a sts! Xx

I planned to be good today but ate bit of junk:-( going swimming

Oh dear...where have I been!not tracked very well at all this week,it's coz half term taking my son on nice treats out and having to eat them myself :-(!oh well will get on it again Friday!prob when I see the shock of how much I've prob put on :-( xx
 
Hi all!!wi this morning have gained a 1lb which isn't as bad as thought but on a mission to get that and some more off its 4 weeks tomorro till my anniversary night away and goal is to lose 6lb by then so gotta work hard!lol

Thought I would treat myself with my weeklies tomorro to a new McDonald's wrap until I found out they were 19pp!!not worth that many points,so will use weeklies for a chow mein instead I think cx


So how's everyone else doing!xx
 
A pound isn't bad really! U'll easy get that off! I've been so bad last wk, trying to pull it back but finding it hard xx
