Another sf day

Breakfast 2 bacon medallions ww bread

Lunch shredded with skimmed milk
low fat latte

Dinner chicken breast, mashed potato using skimmed milk broccoli carrots and cabbage gravy (1)

Also been for 1 1/2 walk this morning with my family and off to work shortly so another 4 hours of waking around

Had bit of rubbish weekend!think I'm gonna change my wi day back to a Friday coz I stuck better then,will wi tomorro c how I've done then I won't weigh again till week friday.
Having a sf day today

B-ww toast with extra lite laughing cow

D-home made cottage pie

Not sure about lunch yet.prob just some fruit and yoghurt

I WI on a Friday I changed from a Wednesday and I find it much better, if I'm bad at the weekend I have a good week to make up for it:)

How are you finding SF? I've been doing it since Saturday morning and I really like it, I'm going to try a whole week on it just to experiment. I've been so hungry lately tracking so I thought I'd give it a go and see how I get on. For once I'm actually looking forward to WI Friday:)

It's going well hun it's great that I can eat things like cottage pie etc as its too high to point on pp I think.just feels better eating things and not having to point everything deffo enjoy it more!good luck for Friday xxx

ive only been doing ww for just over a week,im hoping to lose about a stone,im not finding it too difficult,some days i seem to be alot hungrier than others,like today i could easily have eaten twice what have! lol.:)

Same as me hun I got one more stone to shift then I'll be happy!its the hardest to shift tho for me,I'm really struggling with it.ur diary looks good. Xx
 
Wi today lost 1/2 pound :-( rubbish not happy with that at all!i ruin it for myself soon as the weekend comes,so the wi day will b moved to a Friday now.

Fruit cocktail (drained)
Homemade cottage pie (forgot if got mince out to make this)

New wi day from next Friday!!ive really gotta get into this now fed up of being disheartened when I step on scales!

Looking forward to tonight oh is out for the evening so can chill watch soaps nice soak in bath and enjoy the quiet!

Changed my menu again I made gino dcampos pasta carbonara but my own take

40g whole wheat pasta twists

Cooked pasta,fried mushrooms and 2x bacon medallions in fry light drained cooked pasta and added to mushrooms and bacon continue to cook on low,add laughing cow ex lite triangle and 1 large egg yolk,stir until creamy add salt and pepper and serve immediately.i prob should of used two yolks really as wasn't exactly creamy but was still very yummy,and felt so much better than having all the cream etc of the usual carbonara.

And all free on sf!xxx

Needed to subscribe when I saw u had free (on SF) carbonara!!! Yum. Carbonara is my fav!! I usually make it with Philly ex light but if laughing cow makes it free then that's what I'll gave :)

Yeh would prob work,I was gonna use skimmed milk but coz I had it for brekkie in my shreddies and hot drinks didn't wanna use too much!gino uses butter instead of fry lite and pancetta instead of bacon.let me kno how u get on if u use the milk or yoghurt xxxx
