ProPoints Food diary to keep me on track!

Wi today.put on 2lb which is the weight I lost while I was really sick so I'm back to pre preg weight now.
Havnt really pointed all week either which hasn't helped but oh we'll back on it now
Had to take my boy to docs today he has Chest infection so were stuck in as don't want him passing it on to other kids so duvet day today for us.

OMG that is so cute. I'm delighted for you, once you get that first scan it feels great. Enjoy telling everyone, and well done on the weight - the average gain in the first trimester should be 4lb so you are doing so well xxxx

Now!!lol
Weighed in today and must admit had pretty bad week few takeouts and choc coz of Easter so was expecting a gain have gained 2lb!thats my first gain in 14 weeks of pregnancy so I'm
Not to disheartened,still feels weird stepping on the scales and expecting a gain tho as always trying to lose before.gonna try and track as much as can this week on holiday in snowdonia for my sons birthday next Monday so dont wanna eat too much junk will try hard xxxx

Hi kez!nice to c u back!its going ok thanks hun sickness has finished and now I just want to eat everything in sight I'm trying to resist temptation so hard,earlier I staged myself past greggs instead of giving into the veg pasty calling me!lolcame home and ate melon and jacket spud instead lol.got a buffet tonight so gotta try my hardest not to go mad on it lol.

Ur doin really well, I would def eat everything in sight if I was pregnant!! you'll hardly gain much at this rate x x

As tempting as it is I keep picturing myself in that wedding dress,don't want to look crap on my big day,so soon as think of the the chocolate goes away....lol well some of it lol. Cxx

Started today with your Zumba class,gonna grab a bath housework then walk the dog to go get my son from pre school.

Ended up into weeklies by about 10 yesterday was prob less but I'll say 10!
Was very good tho after Zumba got housework done,then had disaster where my bath water ended up leaking through the ceiling onto downstairs landing and cut all my electrics out!do couldnt do much housework in end,so took dog for big walk to pick up my son from pre school,
Felt great after all that exercise yesterday Zumba aswel!by god was I tired last night was asleep by 9 and slept till half 7!
Mega migraine today but cracked on.
