Side of mushrooms, brocolli, spinach, courgette, spices & mixed in some extra rice - Free
Dinner -
Slimming world quorn cottage pie ( Onion, leek, carrots, stock, tin of tomatoes, herbs and quorn mince ) topped with carrot and swede mash - Free

Boring today guys, just the same as yesterday but have really enjoyed the food. I sneaky weighed in this morning and some of the weight has moved off already so really happy its moving downwards at least, fingers crossed for the rest of the week now
