Afte a terrible week last week, i have a feeling i will have regained most of my 6lb loss
so here goes again, a full week at it before weigh in on friday morning !!
I am going to post after each meal, that way i dont forget !!
Breakfast

Lunch
Sardines in Tom sauce
Salad - lettuce rocket tomato carrot cucumber celery
Shape fat free yogurt
Kiwi
Snack
Innocent smoothie ...8 syns
Fruit pastels 9 syns
Dinner
Egg
Chips
Beans
X2 weight watcher sausages 1 syn (0.5 each)

Not such a brill start but could have been worse ....!!!xxx
