Thanks for stopping by my food diary.
I am going to be a bridemaid for my best friend on 27th July 2012 and i am determined to not be the 'fat friend', next to her tiny size 10 figure! So thats my motivation.
I have been struggling with Extra Easy, so will probably try greens and throw in a few EE days here and there. Please feel free to comment good or bad as my losses are REALLY low at the moment!
So starting today:
Wed 25 Jan - Green Day
B - Oats so simple made with ss milk (HeA and HeB), sweetener and a banana
Mid morning Snack: Mullerlight strawberry
Lunch - i forgot my lunch! luckily i had a tin of heinz spaghetti bolognese (2.5 syns) in my desk drawer. With a pear, apple and mullerlight banana and custard.
Dinner - Beef Casserole - stewing steak (HeB), lots of casserole veg, tinned tomatoes, 2 oxo cubes, gravy granuals to thicken (3 syns). Served with boiled potatoes and brocolli.
Drinks: Water and Diet Coke.
Post gym snack - Mixed berries with a raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yogurt.
Syns total: 5.5 syns
Exercise: I have my gym induction tonight so will have that and then a work out at the gym. Wish me luck i haven't been to the gym in about 5 years!
