Sunday 10 Feb - Extra Easy Day
Lack of superfree today *slaps wrists*

Brunch - Bacon and egg sandwich (HeB for bread) 3 syns for spread and ketchup. followed by a banana.

Snack - rhubarb mullerlight

Dinner - Roast Chicken breast, SW roast potatoes, roast sweet potato and leeks (SW style), broccoli, carrots and red cabbage. Gravy made with chicken stock and chicken bisto granuels (2syns)

Pudding - chocolate cheesecake SW style. (5.5 syns)

Drinks: NAS Squash and Diet Coke.

Syns total: 10.5 syns

Exercise: none...lazy day!

Monday 13 Feb - Green Day

B - 30g Scotts Porrage oats with ss milk (HeA and HeB), followed by a raspberry and cranberry mullerlight.

Morning snack - Mug Shot or fruit or both depending on hunger.

Lunch - Pasta, peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and salad cream (4syns - left the LF salad cream at home so had to buy some from the shop and they only had full fat! doh!)

Dinner - EL Mince (HeB), with SW roast potatoes

2 glasses of rose wine. *see note below*

Drinks: Water and Diet Coke.

Syns total: probably over with the syns - but i just don't care!

Exercise: Total Toning (1hour)

I got back from the gym to a flat covered in candles, and my bf cooking me my SW friendly dinner. After dinner he shocked me by getting down on one knee and proposing.....of course i said YES! and spent the evening calling my family and friends to share the good news....a glass or two of wine happily went down at this point! I couldn't have asked for a more romantic, wonderful evening! :D

Tuesday 14 Feb - Flexi-Syn day

Happy Valentines Day!

B - Oats so simple made with ss milk (HeA and HeB), sweetener and a rhubarb Mullerlight
(It started off well!)

Mid morning Snack: Banana

Lunch - it went downhill at lunch - i was taken out for lunch by my friend to congratulate me on my engagement. We had cajun chicken wraps and shared a bowl of chips.......WAY TOO MANY SYNS, but it was yummy!

Dinner - again, off plan. my Fiance (oooh it's so weird calling him that!) and I shared an M&S valentines dine in meal. Was absolutely gorgeous, steak, chips, chocolate soufle....need i say more! oh and a few glasses of wine!

Drinks: Water and Diet Coke, NAS Squash.

Syns total: Flexi-Syn!

Exercise: Nothing.

I did sneak out and get weighed last night, i lost 2.5lbs, which is less than i thought but still can't be sniffed at! I am off to the gym tonight to try and work off a little of the excessive consumption yesterday!
 
Wednesday 15 Feb - Green Day

Back on plan today!

B - 30g Scotts Porrage oats with ss milk (HeA and HeB), followed by a strawberry mullerlight.

Morning snack - fruit

Lunch - 2 tomato mug shots followed by a mullerlight and fruit.

Dinner - Possibly sainsburys BGTY Sausages (HeB?) with mashed potato (2 syns for LF spread used to mash) and mixed veg, and gravy (3 syns).

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke.

Syns total: 5 syns

Exercise: Gym straight from work (1hour)

Thursday 16 Feb - Green Day

B - 30g Scotts Porrage oats with ss milk (HeA and HeB), followed by a strawberry mullerlight.

Morning snack - banana

Lunch - 2 tomato mug shots followed by a mullerlight and fruit.
Really need to plan my lunches!

Dinner - out to the Harvester. So lots of salad and then probably chicken, jacket potato and salad for dinner.
Dinner was fine then it went downhill and i succumbed to an ice cream - we were excitedly discussing wedding venues/plans as my friend is getting married in July (i'm her bridesmaid).
Ice cream sundae - 16 syns! just for the ice cream! ooops!

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke.

Syns total: way over - maybe 25 syns allowed for Harvester meal to allow for oil etc.

Exercise: nothing....i'm meeting my friend for food and wedding talk :)

Friday 17 Feb - Green Day
I'm afraid today was no better foodwise!

B - 30g Scotts Porrage oats with ss milk (HeA and HeB), followed by a strawberry mullerlight.

Morning snack - banana

Lunch - i bought what looked like a chicken ceasar salad with dressing on the side, but the pasta was so 'gloopy' with something, i actually couldn't eat much of it. I ate the lettuce and chicken bits which were dressing free. then had a mug shot. Followed by a mullerlight yogurt and a banana. I would say at least 5 syns for whatever was on the small amount of pasta i ate!
Dinner - Hmmm it really went downhill, we had drinks down the pub straight from work, and by 8.30pm i was starving and rather tipsy, so i ate a cheeseburge and chips! oops!

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke and vodka.

Syns total: way over - lets not even count - what with the alcohol and then burger and chips......probably at LEAST a weeks worth of syns! but it was good!

Exercise: nothing....i was too busy eating and drinking ;)
 
Saturday 18 Feb - Extra Easy Day
I tried to claw it back today......

B - 30g shreddies, with SS Milk (HeA and HeB)

Lunch - I was rushing off to take some photos of a friends baby, so grabbed a jam sandwich (6 syns for bread, 2 for spread, and 2 for jam - OUCH! 10 syns just for a jam sandwich!)

Snack - Mullerlight yogurt

Dinner - Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, SW chips, baked beans and salad - lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. BBQ sauce (2syns)

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: 12 syns

Exercise: nothing....with photos and everything i ran out of time!
 
Sunday 19 Feb - Extra Easy Day
Again not the best day!

B - 2 weetabix, with SS Milk (HeA and HeB)

Lunch - 2 Sainsburys BGTY sausages (1syn), 2 x bread (6 syns) and ketchup 2 syns. Followed by a mint mullerlight yogurt - YUCK! i did not like it!

Dinner - we had dinner at my in-laws-to-be (lol) so really not a good meal as my fiance's mum made his favourite dessert which i LOVE too! so i couldn't resist!

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: too many syns

Exercise: nothing....a day of visiting!
 
Monday 20 Feb - Green Day
I am back on it today after a hell-ish week! But it was worth it and i am sure i will have a gain tomorrow, but you don't get engaged every week do you....so i had to enjoy it ;)


B - 30g Scotts Porrage oats with ss milk (HeA and HeB), followed by an apple.

Morning snack - Banana custard mullerlight

Lunch - Pasta with a ratatouille tin mixed in (2.5 syns) followed by an orange and a mullerlight yogurt.

Dinner - Chicken breast with mashed potatoes (2 syns for spread), veg and gravy (2 syns) all cooked by my lovely fiance :)

Pudding - mullerlight chocolate with cherry underlayer (1.5syns)

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: 8 syns

Exercise: 1 hour of total toning (killer class of squats, lunges and sit ups! and killer it was!)

Tuesday 21 Feb - Green Day
Weigh day today, expecting a gain after last weeks over-indulgences, but i am back on it so hopefully quick on, quick off!

B - 30g Scotts Porrage oats with ss milk (HeA and HeB), followed by a mullerlight raspberry and cranberry.

Morning snack - Apple

Lunch - Jacket potato, baked beans and salad with LF salad cream (2 syns).

Dinner - Pork loin (HeB), SW Chips, baked beans and mixed veg. Apple Sauce (3syns) Salad Cream (2 syns - to dip chips in!)

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: 7 syns

Exercise: none, it's SW meeting night tonight.

Wednesday 22 Feb - Green Day
Oops, a gain of 2lbs last night! Not good! But i'm back on track, so hoping it will be 'goodbye 2lbs' again next week!

B - 30g Scotts Porrage oats with ss milk (HeA and HeB), followed by a mullerlight Strawberry and a banana

Morning snack - Mugshot (Minestrone)

Lunch - Jacket potato, baked beans and salad with LF salad cream (2 syns).

Snack - Banana custard mullerlight, orange and another banana (felt very hungry and trying to avoid office goodies!)

Dinner - Beef Casserole (put in the slow cooker this morning): casserole Beef which were very lean cuts (HeB), Frozen casserole veg, tinned tomatoes with a couple of oxo cubes for flavour.Bisto gravy granuals to thicken (3 syns). Served with rice.

Pudding - mullerlight chocolate with black cherry underlayer (1.5syns)

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: 6.5 syns.

Exercise: none, I'm meeting my my friends for a catch up tonight. Plus my legs are KILLING me from total toning on Monday haha.

Thursday 23 Feb - Extra Easy
Fancied an EE day today.

B - 30g Scotts Porrage oats with ss milk (HeA and HeB), followed by a mullerlight Strawberry.

Morning snack - banana and apple

Lunch - salad - lettuce, cucumber, carrot, sweetcorn, cabbage, 2 slices of lean ham and 2 hard boiled eggs. Salad Cream (3 syns) (shown below)

Snack - Chocolate orange mullerlight

Pre gym snack: An apple with 30g chocolate philli spread on it (4.5syns)

Dinner - Beef Casserole (again): casserole Beef which were very lean cuts (HeB), Frozen casserole veg, tinned tomatoes with a couple of oxo cubes for flavour.Bisto gravy granuals to thicken (3 syns). Served with rice/pasta (i'll decide when i get home) and some veg.

Pudding: Frozen berries (defrosted), with 0% greek yogurt mixed with an options white chocolate sachet (1.5syns).

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: 12 syns.

Exercise: Legs, Bums and Tums (45mins) Zumba was cancelled due to a problem with the sound system! :(

Friday 24 Feb - Green Day
Happy 4 Years to me and my boyfriend. :)

B - 30g Scotts Porrage oats with ss milk (HeA and HeB), followed by a mullerlight banana and custard.

Morning snack - Fruit

Lunch - Pasta - white and wholewheat, with mixed veg and passata (we seriously need to do some shopping!)

Snack - mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blue berries, black cherries and grapes). with a little bit of sweetener on them. Nom nom nom!

Dinner - We were planning a meal out, but instead are opting for a SW friendly meal in as i am really fed up of yo-yoing!
So i have had a look online and am going to attempt to cook Chicken Parmigiana (2.5syns + 2nd HeA + 2nd HeB)

Pudding: will be a SW friendly fruit crumble - apple and berry crumble. 6.5syns
I might attempt SW Syn Free Ice Cream (not sure if it will freeze in time though!)

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: 9 syns so far...

Exercise: none, my backside will be sitting on the sofa with my fiance, watching films and eating yummy food! :D

Saturday 25 Feb - Red Day

B - mullerlight yogurt + a hifi light bar (3syns)

Lunch - 2 x wholemeal bread (HeB) with 'fried' egg and bacon. Ketchup 1 syn and spread 2syns

Dinner - We had friends over, so i cooked chicken breast wrapped in bacon with cheese, potato skins with cheese and bacon served with a big salad. (2 x heA and 1x HeB) 4 syns for BBQ sauce and salad cream.

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: 10 syns.

Exercise: none
 
Sunday 26 Feb - Extra Easy Day
Not the best day :S

B - 35g Weetabix crunchy bran with SS Milk (HeB and HeA)

Lunch - Pizza Express (eeek!) American Pizza (40!!!!! syns!) omg i am not even sure it was worth it!

Dinner - Roast Chicken Dinner, all SW Friendly, with 2 syns gravy

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: 42 syns. OMG!

Exercise: Walking round a wedding fair for 2 hours (if that counts?! haha).
 
Monday 27 Feb - Green Day

B - Porridge Oats (HeB) and SS Milk (HeA)

Snack - Mullerlight

Lunch - Jacket Potato with baked beans and salad (Light Salad Cream 3 syns)

Dinner - Spaghetti Bolognese (HeB for E.L Mince + 2syns for thickening) seved with pasta.

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Extras - a couple of spoonfuls of cake mix :S naughty!

Syns total: lets say 15 syns to allow for the cake mix that jumped in my mouth!

Exercise: none i need to make my niece a birthday cake tonight.

Tuesday 28 Feb - Extra Easy Day

B - Porridge Oats (HeB) with SS Milk (HeA)

Snack - Mullerlight - cherry

Lunch - Jacket Potato with left over mince (2 syns for thickening - probably a big over estimation). Apple and Orange.
Probably lacking in a bit of free food, but the mince has loads of chunky peppers, onions and mushrooms in it.


Dinner - I'm going to write off what happened when i got home.......i cooked SW chips and fish fingers (9 syns! ouch i didn't think they were that bad) with baked beans....no SF! ooops. But i could have got away with that.

It's what happened while that was cooking that was the problem......2 slices of white, yes, WHITE, bread and butter, and then after eating dinner a few too many spoonfuls of a chocolate fudge icing that i made for my nieces birthday cake managed to jump into my mouth. Plus a few minstrels, maltesers and chocolate buttons may have jumped in to my mouth while decorating the cake. Needless to say i felt SO sick after eating all that.

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: WAY too many syns.

Exercise: I am going to the gym straight from work before SW class - could be a good or bad thing on the scales!

Wednesday 29 Feb - Red Day

B - Porridge Oats (HeB) with SS Milk (HeA) and a banana

Snack - Mullerlight - cherry

Lunch - Salad with chicken breast - lettuce, tomatoes, red cabbage for the salad. Balsamic vinegar and Light salad cream (2syns)

Dinner - Pork loins with loads of veggies and probably a small amount of mashed potato (HeB) the pork was cooked in a tin of chopped tomatos with mushrooms.

Snacks - 4 chicken dippers (8syns)
a tiny slice of birthday cake - toooo many syns i bet! i would say 6-8syns.

Syns total: 20 syns at LEAST!

Exercise: nothing tonight.

Thursday 1 March - Red Day

B - Porridge Oats (HeB) with SS Milk (HeA) and a banana

Snack - Mullerlight - cherry

Lunch - WM Roll (HeB), with chicken breast and salad, 2 syns for a smidge of mayo. Walkers cheese and onion crisps (6syns)

Dinner - Gammon, Eggs and beans.

another tiny slice of birthday cake - lets say 6 syns as it was smaller than yesterday - cake has gone now thankfully!

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash and Diet Coke

Syns total: 14 syns

Exercise: nothing tonight.
 
well i've been slack in keeping a diary - i think de-motivated is the word! But i'm sticking with Red days and hoping this might help shift this weight!

So starting again with the food diaries:

Monday 26 March - Red Day

B - Porridge Oats (HeB) with SS Milk (HeA) and raspberries followed by a mullerlight - raspberry and cranberry.

Snack - clementine and an apple

Lunch - salad - chicken breast, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, 2 boiled eggs. Balsamic vinegar and LF Salad Cream (3 syns)

Dinner - Another salad (how boring!) I am going to a gym class then a catch up with my friend so will take a salad to munch while i am having a natter with my best friend :) Probably much the same, but i will have a wholemeal roll and probably add some bacon in to the salad too.

Drinks: Water, NAS Squash (total 3ltrs) and Diet Coke

Syns total: 3 syns so far

Exercise: Total Toning (45 mins)
