Hit my first MAJOR bump in the road...went home from uni for few days and fell off the wagon big style..resulted in 10st 13lbs this week!! 4 pounds ON! NOT good..but expected.
However...this is not how i shall continue lol..bk on track from tomorrow and it will NOT go up next week! Got 2 weeks placement so will be taking packed lunch so will help a lot! :break_diet:
sorry for butting in on your thread but you should only save atleast 4 of your daily points and no more and you need to use them up within the week, hope that makes sense, you really do need to eat your points x

Week 14-10st 9lb.
Back to where was and havn't been counting..lucky stuff! Going to start counting tomorrow..2 more weeks till holiday..no where near my goal but am plzed with weight have lost as it has made a difference to how I look. 10 pounds gone. After holiday will start going to they gym at least once a week so when i come back to uni in september will have lost more.
Right new uni year, so need to start pointing again so dont end up huge by christmas lol. Soooo over the summer I didnt point at all as planned which i thought would kinda pile on the weight but turns out i magically managed to stay the same ..was going to the gym twice a week, which prob helped to counteract the pigging out. But now back at uni gonna try and be gud and point..and maybe even join gym here..will see how it goes!
Soooo here comes week 1: Start weight=10st 8lb.
