I am now abstaining from sugar, crisps and white flour permentantly because these are my problem foods, and I cannot stop eating them once I've started.
I'm still allowed chips and pasta IN MODERATION but will not be buying them myself.
Have been snacking on carrots and houmous, sugar free yoghurt pots and apples and peanut butter
I let myself get all the way up to 17 st (with clothes) during July but since the 20th have been back on it.
Since abstaining and attending online support groups I have lost 9lbs and currently weight 16st 5lbs.
