Someone told me once that a pickled onion stops cravings. Would that be allowed - or would it only be OK on PV days.
I can't have dairy cheese but I miss the lactofree cheese which is not a bad alternative. All the talk of cream cheese further up this thread made me long for a very thick slice of rustic wholemeal bread, spread with soya marg, then a thick, thick spread of lactofree cream cheese, topped with extra fruity raspberry jam - better than a cream tea. mmmmmmmmmmmmm
