Tried to get an early night and I'm lying here awake because my dad is snoring like a PIG in the next room! It's infuriating.

I had to blare music through my headphones to get to sleep. I tried the accidental banging but out didn't wake him... He wears ear plugs so his snoring doesn't wake himself! That's how bad it is...
And I cant go to bed earlier than him to get to sleep first because he goes to bed at half 9!! Ugh. Now I'm cranky today lol... X

Oh no... Don't get the wearing ear plugs to not hear himself and he'd hear it louder??!!! I used to have to wear ear plugs so I could when my Dad was in the room where I sleep now.. But I couldn't sleep then coz I could hear me breathing and that equally as irritating.. It resulted in me sleeping on the sofa most nights.. Then in Kevin's Friday, Saturday and most Sundays.. (It was way back when...)

Yea I could hear my Dad downstairs too but not as bad.. But i'd be fuming by time I'd get there that I wouldn't sleep for ages anyway..

I HATE heavy breathing.. Not just when tryna sleep.. Anytime.. I bugs the SH!T outta me..o im with you girls.....i hate snoring!!!! luckily Steve doesnt snore.....he does heavy breath though! nothing a quick kick doesnt sort out
My BF snores... Breathes heavy... AND... Grindes his teeth in his sleep.. 3 of the 4 reason I don't like sharing my bed with him.. The 4th being him taking over the WHOLE bed.. And duvet!!! Maybe I should reconsider buying this house... lol

hahaha omg im so glad your not getting a one bedroom place......he can have his own room to sleep in! lol! oooo grinding teeth makes me shiver!!! Luckily Steve only does it if he's REALLY tired!! lol!

He only really does any of the above if he's WRECKED tired and has had a drink.. he's not always like that..
The one thing I LOVE about him being in the bed is when he turns over during the night he'll proper snuggle in... Like, hold me really close and tight for 10 / 15mins then we'll break away.. I love it... I do love snuggles but I need my space when am sleeping.. So the 10 - 15 mins is just nice for a snuggle and then back to cosy "me" space for more sleep
And then when the alarm goes off he'll snooze it and snuggle in for cuddles before "get up" time (Nessa I'm guessing you'r giggling at that... That's NOT what I meant!!! lol)

Well, last night Jonathan had to work late so I was on walking duty on my own.. So I roped my friend in to coming with us..
So off we went on a nice long walk.. Poor Stringer was WRECKED after.. Had a good natter and went home feeling tired but good.. Longer walk than Jonathan would do and with more speed.. Still wasn't a power walk by any means but was nice to feel the heart pumping..
Anyway, on the way to work this morning listening to the news and there's been another shooting in the Capital.. This time very close to home and on Lismore Road.. (about 2 blocks from my house and a 5min walk!) Happened just before 9pm apparently.. This is pretty much where myself and Jonathan would have been at this very time had he not been working on our way back from Stringer walk!! Its getting so bloody scary now..
And we were only saying the other night that when we get to that part of our walk there's so many cars flying around and ppl looking ropey that there's probably something dodgy going on... Well now we know what!!!

oh god!!! how scary!!! i am so disgusted with the news atm, in one week the news was April Jones being abducted, Jimmy Saville on child abuse, a dad stabbing his two children to death and then stabbing himself and a 14 year old being arrested for stabbing a 15 year old to death! What the hell is going on!!!! i cant remember the last time i woke up and didnt hear of a new stabbing/shooting/child abuse case. its horrible and no matter where you live it seems this is all getting too close to home!
so glad you two werent there!!! can you go for walks earlier maybe just to pre-empt anything and just for caution?! i worry myself when i take Benny out in the morning at 6:45am because its still dark, luckily though we live right near a train station so there are always people walking to the station so its comforting to know others are around. xxx
