Finally Pregnant!!
OK so am ready for 100% day today.. I ate SH!TE yesterday.. Day was going great.. Breakfast, lunch, dinner... all on track.. Then set in sh1te food cravings and i had a share bag of twirl bites AND a 150g bag of tesco cheese puffs.. Ate 2/3's of each.. So didn't demolish them... Suppose that's almost a good a thing.. Ha ha.. But still was VERY stupid and will DEFINITELY deserve any gain I'm given this week..
To stop me from even trying to eat the left overs today... I've binned them!!
So I'm gona drink MIN 2ltr of water each day.. Do good brisk walks with Puppy every day and stick to it 110% all week... Brekkie with either be toast... or porridge with raisins... Then ham, lettuce, tomato n onion on brown multigrain bread... and carrot and parsnip soup (homemade) for lunch... Dinner will be 1/4 of yesterdays Toad in the Hole, mushroom gravy, and veg... For snacks in between I have mandarins and plums with me.. And I have mixed grapes at home and/or tinned strawberries
