Sarah I was on 3rd sachet before anything happened!!!
Yea my problem is constipation n then not really clearing out...
Laura you were right.. After first "time" cramps almost disappeared.. No the odd twinge but nothing near a crap... Still 1 sachet to go... God this stuff is rank!!!

In fairness from what people had told me I thought I'd be staying in the bathroom for the night.. I'm not near as bad as I thought..
Though I wasn't expecting those pains.... OUCH...

I've to be there at 7am... YAWN.... Up before 6 to hav a shower n head...
No there wouldn't be.. All I had today was an organic wholemeal crumpet for brekkie... A mandarin.. A ham,cheese, lettuce n tomato sandwich n half pack crisps at lunch.. And a banana... Had the banana at 3pm n that was the last thing I ate...

Yea I think I hafta be mostly clear now.. Just when I have another drink I go again.. But nothing bad.. Or too loud! lol
Was mortified having to go when he came home... Radio on, taps running, all doors shut n TV on to drown out the sound.. ha ha ha

I know.. The pack of sachets say of its running clear by the third sachet the forth won't b needed..
Which is the case with me now.. But am afraid not to drink the 4th just in case they say tomoro that i'm not clear enough...

Not sure what to advise, can u not phone nhs and ask one of the nurses? I remember when I had mine done there was a monitor that the doc looks at showing inside ur colon and I could see all mucusy poop I suppose that's the stuff that didn't come out during the clear out and he was still able to do it!
