W5:D4 Thursday 16th February - 26D / 23W

Water: 600ml. Pint x3

Brekkie: 10:30am: 30g Porridge - 3pp

Lunch: Brennan's Crunchy Wholemeal bread. No spread (4) Tuna mixed with onion and tomato (2) - 6pp

Snack: Merignue nest (2) 75g Onken 0% Vanilla yogurt (1) Strawberries - 3pp

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese (100g lean pork mince (4) 40g spaghetti (4) Superquinn essentials Tomato n basil sauce 145g (1)) Garlic bread (6) 20g Light White Cheddar (2) - 17pp

Total Used: 29/26
Weeklies Used: 3/26

AP's Earned: 8
Went twice around the circuit as apposed to the recommended 1.5 times :) Killed myself there n felt great after.. But.. Not I've a sore muscle in my leg :( Its not too bad n not nearly bad enough to warrant missing exercise..

Argghhhhh..... Just realised I haven't taken anything out of the freezer for my dinner this evening and I've nothing ready..
I have my hair appointment for 3pm n I'll be there for HOURS so I know I'll be starving getting home..
Gona need all my will power and everyone elses not to take an easy option and have crap/take away...

I've eaten well today but then just had a magnum and a curly wurly doh!!!
 
Well dive well n resisted quick hug bold food. Stopped in superquinn on way home n got a ww chilled fresh ready meal of chicken tikka masala n had it with homemade oven chips. Was yum but whatever it was, it wasn't tikka masala!! Had a banana to tie me over til food was ready so am pleased :D

Well done Frances, its hard to resist when we are hungry, you did so well. And know what you mean about them meals, they all have the same weird taste lol.

I'm away in the morning for the weekend, so if I don't see you good luck for weigh-in x

OMG girls.... Just been told there's a few celeb chefs on the Saturday Shiw thus week! I WILL DIE if Gino comes out on stage!!!! And I will die happy!! Jono said I'm not allowed go unless he's there to keep an eye on me ha ha

Laura I applied for 4 tickets too on the website to the show n got an email today to get back to her with dates that suit. U shud apply for yer hubby???

Ha ha I'm the same mine keep fallin down I'm forever pulling them up but it won't register I might need a smaller size

Sarah I am so fussy when buying jeans it takes me forever to find a pair I both like and feel comfortable in... So my heads wrecked!!! Although obviously feel great that they're clearly too big now coz it shows that I'm on my way to thinville :)

Lunch: Cauliflower Soup (0) Brennan's Crunchy Wholemeal bread. No spread (4) Tuna mixed with onion and tomato (2) - 6pp

Snack: Banana

Dinner: WW chilled meal of Chicken Tikka Masala & wild rice (10) (FTR, tasted nothing like Chicken Tikka Masala.. but was nice) Homemade Chips (8) - 18pp

Total Used: 28/26
Weeklies Used: 2/23

Was so hungry come dinner time as it was after 7 getting home from the hairdressers and was lunch since I'd eaten (12:30) so had a banana to curb my hunger until my food was ready.. Was really pleased about that as I was having visions of me pulling in to one of the 4 chippers/2 chinese' for something quick...
Also, Joanna (the hairdresser) went to get us a cuppa and came back with a CdeF Double Chocolate muffin for me to have with my tea, and I resisted.. Tho I really really wanted it so made her hide it under the counter coz it was calling out my name ha ha..
So pleased enough with how yesterday went :D
