I checked for you using tesco NI online (hopefully its right) and its 6pp for the 2 biscuits sandwiches in yogurt... I thought it would be more so maybe that's wrong lol x

No thats right Sarah it is 6pp for the two, but thats 4 bickies stuck together so its good. I liked them but they didn't like me :-( hehe

Francis in fairness you did very well doing 40mins at that class, you did pick one of the hardest classes to start off with hehe. Glad you enjoyed it, I might give it a go if I get fed up with zumba

Don't like Milkyway at all...

But.. I do like (LOVE) my new soup recipe.. Made a small batch last night as I hadn't tried it before and LOVE it.. Cauliflower soup.. 0pp regardless of being on PP's or SF.. As it works out at 2pp per batch and the batch is 6 servings..

OMG the "pizza" was so nice...
The soup... AMAZEBALLS...
I used... 1 head Cauliflower, broken, 1 onion, Diced, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 250ml veg stock, salt n pepper. Boil it up until cauliflower is soft, let cool for 10/15 mins, add 250 skimmed milk, blend.. heat... and enjoy :D

Hi Tracy.. Just been going thru my "free foods" list and wraps aren't actually on it.. Are they defo free?? Bagels aren't on it either?? (both of the WW variety I mean) Am worrying now that I've been having them and not counting them..
I've also noticed ex lean minced beef isn't on the list so not sure that's "free" either... :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
