Happy friday everyone! I am going to join you all as I am DEFINATELY going to lose this year! I weighed today to get my starting weight so see you all in a week

hope you've all had a lovely xmas and new year.
well the bad news is,i put on loads over the few weeks i took off
18lbs
good news is,i weighed this morning and have lost 6lbs this week
so,no time for regrets.onwards and downwards!!
