I cant believe that Friday Girls is still going and I didnt know. Can I come back, as I will always be a Friday Girl at heart!!
Those of you that dont know me, Im doing ww propoints, have struggled up and down up and down over the past 2 years, but seem to be getting there more than not these days. My body is a grabber, doesnt like to let go of the fat, so Im a slow loser too. Usually 1-2lbs a week. Im fine tuning my propointing at the moment, and trying to find exactly what suits me within it. TBH, Ive been sort of cheating since Christmas, as my weigh in is Friday, and I dont keep track, thinking "oh well" I have my weekly points to help me. Unfortunately, this isnt the right way to go about it, so from tomorrow (my new week) I shall be having perhaps 10 extra tomorrow and 15 on Sat (its my sisters birthday so we are going out for a meal). Then I will be back to daily points, with perhaps the odd extra if needed. What Im trying to say is, I dont want to go overboard, and not count. That isnt going to teach me good habits!
