Ahem. There's a lesson to me. I had a great week all week, I was excellent with diet and exercise. Til yesterday I jumped on the scale, only 1lb off, I was so peed off that I'd worked so hard for such a small result I had a really bad day eating wise (didn't help I was tired too). Scale today says 1.75lb off - i.e. a mere quarter lb off my 2lb goal.. Er. Oops. lol.
