Hi all - was a member a couple of years ago and got to goal. Decided to start again as I've regained all the weight ahh and tried SW but couldn't get used to it.
im going to try going it alone as I know what I'm doing and the classes near me aren't convenient. I have chosen a Friday WI as it gives me time to get over weekend indulgences. I definitely seemed to spend all my weeklies fri-sun.
so started today and got 3 stone to lose but confident I can do it.
how is everyone else doing? Do you find Friday weigh ins effective?
