Did better than I could have hoped for on my first week. I've lost 13lb I realise most of that is probably water loss in the first week but way-hay I'm chuffed. I mainly averaged at 10 syns or below a day, with 1 a and 1 b choice and loads of free food. Made up 3 days mixed salad at a time and had it at most meals, half a plate. Must admit, healthier bowel movements, feeling good already.
