Good luck everyone! I'm feeling positive because I've had a good week so far and have done a couple of really energetic workouts - but also a teeny bit nervous because * week is due on Saturday, and my tummy usually bloats out the day before... Will have to drink lots of liquid and hope the scales treat me kindly!

Next week is going to be tricky though... I have a party on Saturday night, a meal out on Sunday, another meal out on Monday, then am out for the evening on Tues and Weds so presumably more meals out! (May have to take a packed tea for those, otherwise I'm going to be bankrupt as well as fat! :8855:)

Wow busy week for you :) Im sure you will make good food choices, and enjoy yourself. I would sure be bankrupt with a week like that lol xx
 
Oh well, we all have weeks like those - fingers crossed the scales won't be unkind tomorrow, and then it's a fresh week and a fresh start! :)

I will do my best to make wise choices... and cheap choices, lmao! I don't really want to go out so much, but lots of things (housewarming party, a birthday, family do, two gigs...) seem to have all arranged themselves into once week, argh. Perhaps I'll 'success express' my breakfasts and lunches to at least give myself a chance to lose!
 
Good luck for tomorrow! I'm feeling hopeful, been on lots of walks and most days, apart from Sunday lunch, which wasnt tooooo bad! :)

Can I ask what success express is?
 
It's basically having 2/3rds superfree for each meal, rather than 1/3rd :)

I think there are some other rules - if I remember right, only snacking on superfree, and taking syns as the higher of their green/red day value (so mugshots would be the high red day value rather than the low/free green day value).
 
Cannot believe Friday is almost here again!!! I went to Paris on Sunday and got back late last night. Had a peek on the scales today to see the damage and apparently I've put on 4 lbs - don't really believe it tbh!! I've enjoyed my food while away but I've practically walked the length of the place so think it must be water retention/ bloat etc etc etc :) If I like what the scales say tomorrow I'll take it as my WI if not I might just disregard it until the following week!! undecided :) Have had a good day today though so hoping for some damage limitation :)
 
Had an AMAZING time thanks Tan :) Paris is a great city - did all the touristy things and also went to the Moulin Rouge which was awesome. Good luck for tomorrow everyone :)

Aaah! STS again! I was so sure a lb would come off this week too, i can feel the difference and am sure my clothes are looser! It must all be ready to fall off next week! Travelling down south for my granddads funeral next week so fingers crossed I can make good choices!

I'm sure it will come off next week! I'm glad you can feel the difference in your clothes!!
 
I lost 3lbs, so that's half a stone now! I'm really pleased with such a good start, its giving me even more motivation to keep going! Yay! :)
 
A not unexpected one pound gain for me this week.
 
I've had a gain of 2.75 lbs which is to be expected after my trip to Paris! I'm not even updating my stats as I know I can shift it for next week :)
