It's difficult when you have people to stay, I had a friend stay last weekend so lunches out etc, then we went away for a long weekend this weekend. W I tonight so not looking forward to that but to as of tomorrow.

Forgot to finish lol. As of tomorrow I'm back on plan, planning a red week this evening.

Took me long enough, but I got here in the end!

I lost 3lbs this week. Down to 14 st 1.5 lbs. At least 2lbs next week - pretty pls.

Only problem, I am at a hen weekend in York so will be tricky xxx
 
Speed soup


4 carrots
2 parsnip
3 leeks
1 large onion
1 tin of green lentils
1 tin of mixed bean salad
1 tin of baked beans
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
1 green peppers
1 red peppers and yellow
Mixed herbs
Salt and pepper
stock cubes



Put everything in a big pot and let it boil and simmer away until the veg is cooked. Either leave chunky of blend.




It's delicious and speeds things up!

Looking forward to my wi on Thursday. I weighed in at 14.1 so need a poind n half or more hoping iv done it! Eaten an Easter egg but don't loads of extra body magic! And might even brave a run tomorrow! Iv never run in my life but after shedding 15.5 lbs I feel so much lighter on my toes any running tips or advice???

Take it slow-if u have an iPhone or android u can download couch to 5k app which will help you pace yourself into a decent running distance. You can get the c25k programme online aswel x

Definitely do the Couch 2 5K plan. Either download the podcasts from NHS choices website or get an app. And go to a shop where they specialise in running and get some shoes that suit your running style. They should do a free gait analysis if you are buying shoes off them. Any other running kit (tops, running socks etc) get dirt cheap from SportsDirect.com.

I am on my last week of Couch2 5K and can now run 30 minutes non-stop, I just feel amazing!


Oh, nearly forgot. half a pound off this week - reckon the running has mitigated the Easter naughtiness!
