From cambridge to here :-)

So as the title says I'm moving to sns from the Cambridge diet so thought I would say hi to everyone :)

I have lost 4 stone on cd and have become either bored or unmotivated with it so after a week off I have decided a change is what I need and have ordered sns trial box which I will be starting on Friday

Eeek!!.... Scared its going to be hard to get bk into the swing of things after eating this week!

Only 1 stone (Ish) left to drop so wish me luck and a speedy goal day :) xxx

I am enjoying S&S much more than I ever did CD to be honest & my losses are better too. Saying that I managed to lose 6 stone with CD then took a break & could never manage a restart for more than a few days.
Mind you I lived on the chocolate & choc mint shakes only :(

I am finding S&S tastier, better variety & 4 pks a day is very filling (hope this helps?) :cool:
 
Thanks for your opinions hun.... I'm actually excited to try s&s :) lol look what my life's become!! I know I shouldn't and I bet I get a few 'tuts' but I am going to be only having 3 packs a day and a multi vitamin. Saves the pennies and same nutritionally as cd and I managed fine on 3 with cd (well b4 I lost motivation!) only a stoneish to go so hopefully not long now x x

I tried cd numerous times before and couldn't stick to for more than 2 days lol.

Glad to say this is my 6th day on s&s :D

I think tuts aside, you may make yourself ill! S&s isn't designed to be only 3 packs unless you have the protein option with it. If it was able to be done that way, they would market it so. 3 packs will only give you 3/4 of your daily nutrients, and is £1 a day really worth saving if it could impact your health. 2 boiled eggs a day would even suffice

Won't the multi vit make up for that?!

I think the multi vit only compensates for certain nutrients you miss by not having a 4th pack, it doesnt make up for protein/veg too, you should have one or the other

No, the multi vit only makes up the actual vitamins. You need either a 4th pack or the protein to ensure you get the correct balance of fats/protein/carbs

hiya...I'm moving from cambridge mainly to save money but the products are far better, you do need to do the 4th pack or protein option as it will cause you to be ill as not getting all the nutrients you need. Good luck tho xxx

I've got a week of cd left then I'm swapping :D I can't wait as like more flavours on slim and save than I do cambridge x

Iv not tried it yet but the mac cheese, curry and spag Bol are nice :).
