Ooo, i missed the birthday part! Happy Birthday!
I know what you mean MLM, i also hated exercise. But i find i'm enjoying jogging, so that's got to be a good thing I'm hoping to (v slowly) work up to being able to run 5 km and then eventually 10 km. And i'm definitely going to keep at it as i'm starting to feel better for doing the exercise. It even improves my mood i think Plus when i'm jogging i've got no time to concentrate on anything but the stopwatch nd keeping going so it's a break from my brain
