From here to inskinnity! My mission to lose 13.5 stone!

You hunt down those chewy delights my love xx

Hey Bevvy,

Don't beat yourself up about yesterdays food - Hey you done really well by resisting the whole Wonka bar!

How is your food looking like today? Massive good luck for todays interview :)

Thanks guys, Leeds interview seemed to go pretty well. I never usually say that as I don't like to tempt fate, but it seemed more like a chat with the tutors than a proper interview and they commented how dedicated and well researched I was, which is obviously a good sign! Once again I don't find out 'till March though - grr!

Tomorrow is my Sky interview! They changed the time to 3pm so I can actually have a lay in, can't wait. These 5am starts and all the concentration is taking its toll now and I'm feeling really worn down. Went to the docs yesterday afternoon as I've got a UTI, so been put on some antibiotics. Only had 3 doses so far but I'm starting to feel a bit better which is good!

Anyway, I'll have a lot more time after tomorrow to catch up one all the diaries I've been neglecting. Honestly can't wait to sit down with a nice cuppa and curl up this weekend having a good read!

Right todays food -

Week 17, Day 3 - EE
cereal bar - hexb
steak and cheese subway with salad- 17 syns - 6 syns for hexa - 11 syns
jacket potato, tuna, sweetcorn and mayo with tomatoes- 3 syns
muller
Total - 14 syns

Alright food wise again, but just having quick things due to time constraints. Would have been so easy this week to have fact food crap so I'm glad I've stayed on track with things!

That all sounds positive about ur interview but crap uve gotta wait til march to find out.
I know wot ur goin thru wiv the UTI....horrible things, I used to get them all the time. Glad you've startex to feel better tho :)

All ready to set off to my final interview today. Can't wait 'till they are all out of the way with now and I can catch up on my open uni work. Had so much prep to do this week that I feel like I'm falling behind with the course now.

Really looking forward to WI on Tue, it'll be 3 weeks since my last weigh in! Of course i've had my hol in that time but hoping that getting back on plan pretty much straight after will help me get any gain off. Of course a STS after 3 weeks isn't great, but realistically i'd be happy if I start Jan at my beginning of Dec weight. If I could manage ANY loss I'd be over the moon!

Thankfully once the new year comes there's nothing to get in my way 'till Scotland mid feb, so can finally get into a good routine with some consistent weight losses again. Would love to get into the 19's for my hol, so i'll probably make that my next mini goal.

Food so far today has been ok, had a lie in so got up in time for tuna jacket potato and tomatoes for lunch. Tea tonight will be a salad from Morrisons I think. Determined to do all I can before WI, so aiming for a couple of red days before Tue to try and scrape some kind of weight loss. Not sure i'll manage it though as i'm still feeling a lot hungrier than before my hol so eating a bit bigger portions. Anyway time will tell.. Right, heading off for my final interview grilling now. Roll on 5, 3 interviews in 3 days is exhausting!

Interview went well today I think, find out next week now. Quickie food update...

Week 17, Day 4 - EE
Brunch - jacket potato, tuna mayo and tomatoes - 3 syns
4 squares malteaser bar - 6 syns
Tea - feta (hexa) salad with onion, cucumber and mushroom with ff dressing
Dessert - Meringue nest (2syns) with chopped banana and muller - 2 syns
Chewy D - hexb
Total - 11 syns

In munch mode today...have hungry days now and again and definitely having one today!

Thank goodness for free food :eat:

Thank goodness indeed, although I did manage to me good last night and stick to the stuff I put in my food diary.

Laptop charger has broke so can't get online except for my phone and kindle. Ordered a new one so should be here next week.

Off to pics to see Hobbit in a bit via Subway, though I'm having a salad so I won't go overboard on syns. Mega munchies has now passed so aiming for a fairly low day..

Ugh I've been doing rubbish this weekend. Having a bout of depression (no idea why, maybe the stress of all these interviews?), so havent been getting out of bed till late and not eating till 6/7pm, at which point i've been STARVING and eaten rubbish (though nothing incredibly bad - 1/2 a small pizza and a muffin).

Finding it really hard to stay on plan now its getting closer to Christmas
Dont worry though, still going to wi on Tue so i'll be super good tomorrow and hope for the best. Got another week still before xmas but with so many do's and meals planned its gonna be hard just to sts. I know we're all finding it tough at this time of the year. Its to be expected, so im not going to get all mad at myself. If i can survive Dec without too much damage i'll be happy!

This week is pretty busy - not in work much and lots of lovely Christmas visits and meals with my friends...
Mon - meal with niki
Tue - SW xmas party, lunch with Marufa, evening out with Chris at pics and tea at pub
Wed - house inspection!
Thur - lunch with bestie Mel, catch up with Nat at pub in afternoon, cinema with Chris, his mum and auntie.
Friday - Cooking meal for Leigh and Chris
Sat - Meal out and drinks with a big group of friends
Sunday - 3 course meal at Beefeater with Chris

Arghhhhh!! So yea...loads of fun stuff happening, but not very SW friendly! I refuse to spend my xmas worrying about menus and food, so i'll stay on plan when i eat at home and not worry too much about the rest. Doesnt mean to say im gonna blow it, just want to have fun without anything to worry about when im out.

I love Christmas and im sure i'll have a fab time, but weight loss wise I cant wait for Jan to come so I can get back on plan 100% and get motoring with the weight loss.

Hey Bevvy, check you out with your busy schedule this week - I know you're not going to stress over food optimising this week but just try to make the best choices :) (Keep imagining how great you will feel once you reach your next mini goal)

Have a great week, and just smile :D - Your interviews are over with and you will have done great! - Now it's time to just relax, get excited over the Christmas festivities and spend time with your loved ones.

Hope you start feeling better soon, depression is such a pain when it comes to dieting...
You've done so well so far and are sticking with it further into the Christmas season than many would manage.
I agree there's no point stressing about food during the festivities, just enjoy. We don't want to end up scared of food after all. I've just set myself a few rules for Christmassy events, so instead of sticking to plan (which is just not going to happen) I do things like making sure I eat healthy dinners before evening dos, stop eating when I'm full, only eat things I really want (not just for the sake of it), and know the syn values in advance where possible.
I'm sure you'll get right back on it after Christmas! Enjoy.

Thanks guys!

I'm complete over the moon at the moment. Just found out I've got an offer to study radiography at Leeds next year! Out of 1200 applicants they have 50 places, most of which are allocated in March, but apparently I'm an 'exceptional candidate' so I got one early!! Absolutely over the moon!! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better Christmas present! :D

I originally was going to have a big celebration tonight, but after cracking into a snowball decided to leave it for tonight as I have weigh in in the morning. I've done pretty well today with cereal, salad and chicken dinner for tea, so I don't want to undo all my good work! Not expecting anything sparking tomorrow at WI, if a gain happens, it happens. I will be a little disappointed, but I know in my heart of hearts from January I'm going to cane this weight loss!

Anyways, I'm signing off now a very happy Bev! Will let you know how I get on tomorrow at WI, hopefully on Wed I'll have time to catch up with some diaries! xx

Well firstly, CONGRATULATIONS :) U must b so so happy, well done you. Do u think losing weight has given u extra confidence?
Secondly, Good Luck for tomorrow. Fingers crossed its a sts or a loss, as long as u have enjoyed yourself that's all that matters. Like you said you will b bk on form in the new year.

Well done again cheesy :)

Thanks guys!
