I'm like you, I get so impatient when I'm ill, I just want to be out and about doing stuff. I hope you feel well enough soon to go out and go for a little walk or something, so you don't get cabin fever. Drink lots of hot water with lemon in it too - that works really well. You can add sweetener (or honey, but obviously that's a bit harder on SW - you'd have to syn it?) to make it nicer too

My old music teacher used to tell us the remedy for a sore throat - though I never tried it. Milk, brandy and honey - warmed up. Apparently does the trick... :S Doesn't take me fancy though...
