Recently I have been doing rc but am really struggling so switching back to ww as from today. I have a considerable amount of weight to lose and think the lure of losing a stone in a month is what took me to rc but unfortunately just can not stick to it so have decided that slow an steady losses are the way forward.
Unfortunately I cant afford to attend meetings at the moment so am going it alone for the time being and would really appreciate any hints, tips etc or anyone who is looking for a weightloss buddy as I lose motivation quickly so often need a kick up the butt.
Im trying to lose weight as it is my 30th next year and would really like to celebrate it wearing a dress. This may sound like a small target but I cant remember the last time I felt comfortable enough to wear a dress and actually have some confidence.
