I'm feeling more positive today thanks hun, weight has gone down a bit and docter has promised he'll get me sorted ASAP. I've had a very lazy day - was freezing cold and had to have a sleep this afternoon so feel a bit guilty about that, but I supposed I have to listen to my body at the moment - I've got a show in London tomorrow so will need my energy!!!!:eek:

The show went really well thank you and there were tons of influencial people in the audience so fingers crossed more work may come out of it!!!! How are you?

Hi Hun,all good here thanks,little gain this week but I expected it as went out for dinner last night and had those off plan days! Saw my kiddies today,food shopping tomorrow then a trip to Felixstowe on Sunday with the OH :0)
Glad the show went well,crossing my fingers for you as we'll,have a great weekend :0)

Hi Hun,am glad it went well for you,all good my way,have had a good weekend :0) made the decision today to just do healthy eating for a month (with treats still at the weekend and a meal out now and then)
 
Hi hun, sorry havnt been on been very busy and minding my grandchildren D had to go to a funeral in Dublin, hubbys auntie died. :sigh: Hope doctors can sort your problem soon :) heres to another week

Hey lovely ladies! Sorry for my recent absence-ive been a lazy so and so!!!! Thyroid mess have been making me feel a bit weird and really sleepy.....grrrr!

I've stuck to my diet though - lost 3 pounds this week :)

Have been a bit carby the past two days though so I think I've gone up again :/


How is everyone? I hope you're all fab?!?!?!?! Xxxx
