Morning everyone!!!! Happy Monday!!!!:D

Was out all day with work yesterday so had planned to do a sf day but when I worked out the points last night I came in at 26pp so turns out I just had a normal day....BARGAIN!!!! lol.


So, yesterdays food was:


Breakfast:

Oats 6pp

nectarine 0pp

Milk for the day 5pp


Lunch:

3 eggs 5pp

apple 0pp

nectarine 0pp


Dinner:

ham 1pp

salmon 1pp

lettuce, cucumber, tomato 0pp

ww pitta 3pp

tinned fruit drained 0pp

ww biccies 2pp


Snacks

cauliflower, asparagus, 0pp

butternut squash dip 1pp

That's good sf worked out fine as a pp day,it's good when that happens as less weeklies used then!

Hey hun,

Yeah, was pleased I could keep it a pp day....although I don't know why I'm so protective with my weeklies - think I've got some weird bee in my bonnet about not using them,lol, NUTTER!!!!

I've had a rediculously lazy day - didn't get home until 2.30am last night so I'm hibernating in my onesy this evening, hehe.

Are you not using your daily points either? You seem to have quite a few spare everyday. Does this make for a better loss?? X

I'm trying but I seem to end up with 6/7 left at bed time for some reason?!?! I think if I use the full 31 each day I would lose slower as my body has been wrecked by the thyroidism and the medication, plus I have PCOS too which has slowed my metabalism.......... I am however eating MUCH more food (and carbs) than I normally eat on a diet......and it seems to be working. I'm really excited about this diet!!!! :bliss: I'm definately going to eat more points tonight, am too full at the moment though - still stuffed after dinner. I may try cutting down on the fruit tomorrow and eating points instead?

I think I need to try and take a leaf oh of your book and eat more fruit. Had a terrible day gone over my weeklies and dailies!! Booked into spin Tom though to earn those ******* back!!! Might do a swim too!!! I'm ok sti same just not clammy anymore!! X
 
I eat too much fruit I think, am addicted to nectarines at the moment....and now figs are on offer in the shops and I LOVE them!!!! YIKES!!!!

Oooooh spin.......I'm not up to that yet!!!! lol. Hey, be careful with the exersize if you're still not well tomorrow hun - you don't wanna make yourself worse xxx

Are fig points?? Always thought they were? Maybe not! I know, il see how I am. I'm ok just never stop. Prob that's the prob. I have a little boy who never sleeps x

Dried figs have points but the fresh ones are free. Hurrah!!!! :) They are SO SCRUMMY!!!! very high fibre too.

Awww I hope your little one sleeps through for you to get some rest tonight sweety! Xxx

That's where I have git confused. What about fig biscuits? They free too??? Lol ;-) x
 
Only manage to use another 3 points tonight....am feeling a bit pooped so I'm off to bed with 10pp left.......NAUGHTY!!!! Not ideal I know. I Will try to use more tomorrow!!!!

Hey sweety, I slept well thanks. Was feeling a little bit under the weather last night, but not so bad this morning, hoping I'll fight of whatever's lurking. Just made myself do 30 mins on the cross trainer..........ready for bed again now ;) hahaha!

Thanks sweety! I've got a singing lesson this afternoon, then a bit of visiting to do then a walk home - then I'll be putting my onesy on and doing bugger all this evening!!!!:) I feel ready for bed already today - what a lazy so and so,hehehe!!!! I'm also REALLY hungry!!!! :eek: xx
