Ooo, not long to go now. I've tried SW chips made with fry light and they are delish especially with mushy peas. Mmmmm. Enjoy your fry up on Friday.
I think the above quote says it all really. Stick in there, it'll get easier, and when you start seeing results you'll want it even more. Good luck.well done for going! the number on the scales doesn't matter now- as soon as you stepped off, thats when your journey has started- aim never to see that number again
I really should come on minimins more often

I work at asda too- on checkouts and yes- the temptation is damn evil sometimes- but the fresh produce is great sometimes- i grabbed a few whoopsies after my shift tonight- was rushing round because i was wandering around with a colleague- and was too distracted listening to her than buying stuff- so must go armed with a list tomorrow....my shift finishes at 9 so hoping for some cheapies at that time!!!
Just stick at it- I gave myself 12 weeks to really decide whether sw worked for me or not. it obviously did work just give yourself some time- be kind to yourself- there's nothing you can do about what's happened over the last few years to make you the size tht you are- what you can do is mould the future, where you are skinny, healthy and happy

I know how you feel. I work at KFC during holidays away from uni and my god its so tempting. All part of the challenge though, stick in there you can do it

See, you gotta see the plus side of that! The Pizza and chocolate cake would have been way worse! Btw, you can cut the Sharon into quarters and then eat them but leave the skin, I always find it way too chewy.
pretty good day I think first day of getting under 15 syns despite having a terrible dy at work so thats really good.
never ate cous cous before and so ive been experimenting with some new things
this was my second attempt its sundried tomato and garlic cous cous mixed with fat free cottage cheese and chives with salad
this ws yesterdys meal its mushroom cous cous with ham slices and salad (including almost an entire lettuce lol)
I prefer the mushroom cous cous these were ainsley harriots packet thingys so my next challenge will be to make my own from scratch with different flavours (i will prob leave tht for a couple of weeks)
oddly I dont think ive actually been eating enough certainly not enough free foods but with work and stuff its been tough will be a challenge on a dy off come tuesday to see if i still stick to the good work.
I think I should prob take out shares in muller with the amount of yogurts im buying and getting through ive bought 22 ha ha ha nd I know they are free (well a few arent but not many syns most of the ones i bought are free) i am wondering surely there must be a limit to how many i can have in a day lol yesterday and today ivehad 3 on each day oops lol
But I'm hopeless of getting the cous cous to water ratio right when boiling it :/ I always either have it too gloopy or it burns have to figure out how to get it nice and fluffy!
ill do another for ya tomorrow when I do my first attempt at SW wedges lol had salad again today not feeling hot food but got a load of veg to cook up on tues so i cn freeze batchs of food spag bol and stir fryPics look lovely... Oooo I love a bit of food porn I do
