Hey Claire,

Thanks for my post and soz to take so long to get back to you!! My pesky nights mean that I often just skim read and post fleetingly without reading through everything properly!! Funnily enough I also forget to check or post on my own thread lol!!!

Hope all going swimmingly for you!! Nothing wrong with listening to Sunday love songs ont radio!! I'm a bit of a sop like that too and I know that Dai is too secretly (he talks to our cuddly toys...but don't say a word heehee!!)

Yes getting excited about cruisytime now!! Had a chat with my Mum on the phone earlier and she's very excited which is making me the same!! She's had such a rough year with her chemo etc it's so lovely to have something to look forward to!!! XXXXXXX

. . . I'm a bit of a sop like that too and I know that Dai is too secretly (he talks to our cuddly toys...but don't say a word heehee!!)
Aw - send him here! When we came to Spain hubby made me get rid off all my cuddly toys (about 100) except my teddy bear collection (I have about 20 left).

Mind you they went to a good home. I tried to give them to the hospital but they weren't allowed them because of bacteria. But the local kiddies hospice grabbed them with open arms.

Mind, I know they were all going to autoclaved so I hope they survived!

Hello Heather.

Hope you are feeling o.k. I am sure your nights are over by now.

I am keeping the omelet tradition going and am thrilled with this weeks weight loss.

It is all down to the omelets you know lol !!!

Hey Sue, well done on the loss, I honestly do swear by my omelettes! I really do think I'd snack a lot more if I didn't have them! Brilliant news! XxX

Omelets rock !!!!! and they are free !!! All round good news.

hugs xxxxx:D

Hey folks, I just returned from class (well pub after class!!!) and am pleased to report a 2lb loss!! Very pleased with myself as I'd been good and the scales were showing a gain yesterday morning after a run-in with rather a lot of naan bread in the curry house Saturday night!! Otherwise I'd chosen wisely so was really kicking myself!!! Pleased as punch as I'm my lowest yet and it would be great to have a few pounds leeway for my cruise in just under 3 weeks!! It's so weird looking at a BMI of 23.4 when it started off at over 36!! Healthy...me?!!

Wow well done sweetie :) and so deserved.
Send me some positive vibes, struggled since Saturday, funeral plans and a migraine since yest hasn't done me any good.... Cakes and Choc :( all made me feel even worse. Have a 100% day prepped for tomorrow but in need of some kick bum time xxx

Fantastic Heather well done hun

Yippee - just 2½ lbs to go. That's fantastic as is Your BMI. It's amazing! :D

Thanks ladies!!! Kally no problem at all!! I'm always here if you want to offload and I know there are dozens of others willing to listen and support too! Claire I've posted on your thread already- wishing all the best for Grandad's funeral on Thurs XXXXXXXXXX

Congrats on the loss sweetie pie!!!

It must be brilliant to have a healthy bmi, I'll get there one day lol xx

Course you will hun, you are practically there anyway! Healthy BMI is 25! And it's only a guide anyway, so not to be taken too literally!! I'm just comparing it to my start BMI of over 36 and it does feel good to be 'normal'...sort of!!!X:confused:

Awww fanx my sweet!! How are you today? Are you feeling positive about Thurs?!XXXXXX

I am still super sulking, dont really want to go back to class anymore :(

I weighed at home and i am maintain today - which is a miracle as ive been emotionally eating since thursday.

If i do go, it will be a gain i expect, but i dont know what to do - i might need a break and then get back in the swing of it with all systems go!

Gah! xxx

Oh hun, I understand your frustrations!! But what will a break do for you?!! Realistically? Would it mean going off the rails for a few weeks and resulting in a big gain that will make you feel even worse and more disheartened?!! What are you finding the hardest at the moment to get your head around? Is it planning? Temptation when out? Just craving for naughty stuff? Is the cold weather sending you towards comfort foods? What is triggering the bad behaviour? I'm sure there's a solution to whatever is bothering you!!XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

i think my main issue is that ive gained nearly a stone since the wedding - so ive gone backwards, and i just feel like a failure at class :(
I know everyone has things that get in the way, but until i get back to my lowest weight i wont be happy :( i think thats the issue.
A break, will give me time to get the extra weight off maybe - i dont really want to be naughty but the turmoil of gaining so much and not losing it quickly is starting to annoy me constantly - !!!!

Why don't you have a change and dare I say it....try WW ProPoints, not for the long-term, but just to give yourself a clean slate and something new and exciting to focus on...them come back to the SW when you feel more on top of things?!! Maybe portion control for a short time could help? I'm just trying to think of ways you can really regain control! I don't think a 'break' from weighing in would really lead to an overall loss if it were me- I'd be more likely to go the other way 'unsupervised'!! Whatever you decide to do you know you'll get the support from the gang here!!There's a lot of pressure in class for us 'big losers' as you want people to look to you as a role model and 'success' (which you are by the way!!) and it's disheartening when the consultant says..." and Heather has lost...4 st ..... when it used to be 5 st something!! I know I've pulled it back again so it seems easy for me to say but I know exactly how it feels !!!XXXXXXXXXX
