Hey all!

I've been using WW PP system now since Weds and have lost 3lbs thus far. I'm trying to not weigh myself more than once a week to prevent me from obsessing over the scales, haha. I don't go to meetings, I do the whole program alone online and try to not touch my weekly points - mostly due to being paranoid I'll gain! :p

Anyway, I have 30lbs to lose by my birthday in February! So I think it's a quite realistic goal! I'll start tracking my daily PP tomorrow to stay accountable and have my own personal weigh-ins every Wednesday.

Day 6

Today I think was a good day, started off well but during the afternoon got quite peckish. Still have 4PP remaining so may have a pot of yoghurt, then do some pilates and be off to bed, early start tomorrow!


Breakfast
2 weetabix w/skimmed milk - 3pp

Morning snacks
2x Special K cereal bar - 5pp
Fruit salad - 0pp

Lunch
Cheese salad sandwich - 3pp ( 2x WW danish brown bread - 2pp, 1 x laughing cow extra light spread-0pp, be good to yourself sliced cheese -1pp)

Afternoon snacks
Braeburn apple - 0pp
30g Nesquik with 125 ml skimmed milk - 6pp

Dinner
Small baked chicken breast - 4pp
2 x Yorkshire Puds (homemade)- 2pp
Mixed veg- 0pp

Evening snacks
Some watermelon(yum!) - 0pp


Overall PP value : 22/26

Day 7

Weigh in tomorrow - very nervous! Today was ok food wise, not a great big appetite however :( - tends to happen on days I don't work out on but I will try to fill that 6pp gap in (Don't want to force myself to eat when I'm not very hungry). Making good use of my day off work tomorrow by going for a run! :D Feeling quite content since starting WW, I had lost around 12lbs in a space of a month on it previously but gave up on it to concentrate more on exams, hoping this time I'll stick it out as long as I need to and maintain my weightloss.

Breakfast
35g cocopops w/skimmed milk - 4pp

Morning snacks
Special K cereal bar - 2pp


Lunch
Be good to yourself chicken roast salad sandwich- 7pp

Afternoon snacks
Braeburn apple - 0pp
2 pieces watermelon - 0pp

Dinner
1/2 Jacket potato with a splash of flora - 4pp
Tuna Salad - 4pp (2 boiled egg whites - which are 2pp, sprinkle of fat reduced cheese - 1pp, 1/2 can of tuna in brine - 1pp)

Evening snacks
***WW bagel with 1 Extra light Laughing cow spread - 4pp

Overall PP value (so far) : 25/26

Hi there, thought I would pop by & say hi & good luck for weigh in.

I noticed you pointed egg white at 1 pp. 1 egg white is 0 pp, 2 egg whites is 1 pp.

Todays weigh-in results

:D Today I weighed myself bright and early in the morning (before I even ate or drank ha) with my WW scales - which, according to I'm down 5.2lbs since last Wednesday! :eek:Happy days! Although it's my first week I'm not expecting as great a loss next week but gonna stay optimistic and hope next week I can keep this up - I'd love to lose an average of 1.5-2lbs per week but I know some weeks I'll definitely gain or STS. Still over the moon, good luck to all those who weigh in today!

Thanks! Means a lot :) Cheers about the egg whites info, guess I should have double checked that. I have a loss of 5.2lbs! Congrats on your loss, subscribed to your diary :) x

Thanks! Really hope the weight loss is consistent and keeps coming off! :)
 
Day 8 - Official

DAY 8

Ok day today but I went over by 4 which isn't too bad considering I've been slightly under previously. Had a kitkat chunky without realising how high in points it would be for something so light! A bit mad cause I could have spent that on something more filling but it hit my sweet spot :D hopefully I won't cave in tomorrow. Gonna start planning my meals for the next day the night before also.

Turkey pasta thing- 7pp


Afternoon snacks
Kit Kat Chunky - 7pp(whoops didn't realise these things were so many points)Banana - 0pp

Warbuton pizza square (turkey bits, pineapple, sweetcorn)- 10pp (first time trying this out and I must say.. i loved it!)


Evening snacks
Mixed melon salad - 0pp

OVERALL : 30/26
 
Also I try to eat dinner before 8pm - helps with feeling bloated before I go to bed. From 8 onwards I just snack on fruit and sip on green tea/water
 
Haven't updated since Wednesday - Yikes! Yesterday was a very bad day for me food wise, I know for a fact I went quite well over my daily allowance and weekly points, which is a shame cause i started off so well! :cry: So I'm completely disregarding that day altogether and I started off today on a new leaf.

Melon fruit salad - 0pp


Lunch
Turkey cheese wrap- 7pp

I had a good start to the day. infact a good day overall :) my breakfast surprisingly was really filling - haven't had shreddies in years! :pGot quite peckish towards the end of today but that's normal for me. I'm really happy with how I've managed to keep myself from late night snacking - This was I think the major reason behind me being slightly overweight because I'd eat very little throughout the day and binge like crazy at night. It's nice to know I have everything in control now. I'm really praying that come Wednesday I can be down at least 2lbs!

Well tomorrow I'm gonna go to the gym - doing a kickboxing class (I love kickboxing) and just gonna spend some time on the treadmill/elliptical.
