Hey all!
I've been using WW PP system now since Weds and have lost 3lbs thus far. I'm trying to not weigh myself more than once a week to prevent me from obsessing over the scales, haha. I don't go to meetings, I do the whole program alone online and try to not touch my weekly points - mostly due to being paranoid I'll gain!
Anyway, I have 30lbs to lose by my birthday in February! So I think it's a quite realistic goal! I'll start tracking my daily PP tomorrow to stay accountable and have my own personal weigh-ins every Wednesday.
