Tomorrows my 2nd weigh in day and I hope it goes well. However, I've decided that tomorrow will be my last day on WW until I'm ready to maintain. I've thought it through thoroughly and decided I want a plan that's a bit more accommodating to my daily lifestyle so I'm going to try JUDDD. This to be honest sounds more like my thing and is much more flexible in respect I think.It would benefit me more because some days I could really do without eating much and other days I feel I could eat a horse.

Anyways, it's all trial and error, if things don't work out for me with JUDDD i could always go back to WW! So far it's proven to be good butI think JUDDD will be a better choice for me and my weird eating habits.

Morrison's Tuna + Sweetcorn sandwich (the healthier option one, was really dry and bland so i ended up eating only 3 quarters of it! none of the crust either) -5pp

Asda Good for you lasagne - 8pp

Evening snacks (got very peckish)
Cornflakes(ALOT) w/ milk - 7pp

Overall : 28/26 (I did do an hour of exercise today which was worth 4 activity points so I get off the hook :D)
 
Good luck on your new diet. What is JUDD? You have been doing great, how did this week's wi go. Hope you had a good loss
 
I just looked the diet. I have heard of it before, where you fast or eat very little one day and then eat what you like the next. Good luck on the plan, hope it works for you.

So I weighed myself this morning and I'm down 1.4lbs! It's not as big as my lost for last week but it's still a loss - Was just hoping I'd reach my 7lbs lost goal! Ah well still chuffed :D
