So today was my very first day on JUDDD, started on a DD too. I converted from WW as I think the subscription is overpriced and tbh this sounded like a better fit for me. I have around 26lbs to lose, although I'd love to lose it quickly I know it's more sustainable for me to lose gradually - I want to be at my goal weight by february.
I know I haven't a massive amount to lose but for years I've had problems with my weight and it's been such a struggle for me.I really hope that JUDDD will work for me, usually all diets lead to weight loss for me but I need something I can really stick to
Anyway enough talk this is just for me to document my daily eats, moods and etc. today I really didn't eat much because I felt sick and was on my feet all day (just looking forward to eating chicken tomorrow lol)
Morning - s&s shake 137 cals
Snack- cereal bar 80 cals
Afternoon- ribena plus 3 cals
Evening- rice pudding and tsp jam 124 cals
Total cals: 344
