So today was my very first day on JUDDD, started on a DD too. I converted from WW as I think the subscription is overpriced and tbh this sounded like a better fit for me. I have around 26lbs to lose, although I'd love to lose it quickly I know it's more sustainable for me to lose gradually - I want to be at my goal weight by february.

I know I haven't a massive amount to lose but for years I've had problems with my weight and it's been such a struggle for me.I really hope that JUDDD will work for me, usually all diets lead to weight loss for me but I need something I can really stick to :p

Anyway enough talk this is just for me to document my daily eats, moods and etc. today I really didn't eat much because I felt sick and was on my feet all day (just looking forward to eating chicken tomorrow lol)

Morning - s&s shake 137 cals
Snack- cereal bar 80 cals
Afternoon- ribena plus 3 cals
Evening- rice pudding and tsp jam 124 cals

Total cals: 344

Enjoy your UP day today! :D I'm guessing that might be easier said than done as we long-term dieters are not used to 'enjoying' food!

Cheers :p Today was pretty difficult I must say. I woke up feeling not so hungry at all! That has never happened to me especially after a day of near starvation! Good luck with your first day Tuesday! x

Today started off well I think, didn't eat til 11am ish. Went to the gym for an hour and burnt a whooping 680 cals, which is amazing for someone my size! Went out to eat at Nandos with my mates and drank a few southern comforts/lemonades at the pub - bad! I really wanted my up days to be more sensible and balanced. I can't have perfection all the time I know but my next UD - Sunday I'm going out again to eat with a mate! arrrggh! I'm just going to have to compromise and eat a childs meal, we're going to a diner and there are no healthy options there whatsoever. Does anyone else find that when they eat like this they still manage to lose a considerable amount of weight?

Either way this programme definitely takes getting used to, it's a whole new concept and way of thinking. Sorry for blabbing on, just a bit annoyed cause I STS on the scales after my first DD... I really need patience lol. Decided to only weigh myself once a week, after a DD too so I don't have a cardiac arrest :p

Breakfast - cereal bar and frosties - 267 cals
Snack - Mango fruit pot - 110 cals
- 2 maryland chunky cookies - 236
Dinner - gonna have a rough guess of 1150 :)rolleyes:)
Drinks - 2x southern comfort and lemonade - 150
Other- Had a btieful of my sisters chinese, such a pig! - 200 (or slightly under)

TOTAL : 2113 (or thereabouts)

Haha! It's okay to treat yourself every now and then, maltesers are yum! :) x
 
You have to stop stressing about your UP days, you are NOT on a diet on your UP days, not every UP will be filled with alcohol and meals out but those that are, enjoy ! I can only speak from my experience but when I am doing the school run (only exercise I get) I don't track my UPs at all, I just eat what I feel like and I have chocolate or cheesecake etc every UP day . I am only keeping my UP days to about 2000 at the mo because of lack of exercise , School hols! I never ever track on my weekends , I do UPs on a Sat and a Sun and have takeaways, guu puds etc etc. My losses are not going to set the world on fire but its steady and you know what happened with the tortoise and the hare lol. A big part of Juddd becoming an enjoyable way of eating rather than a diet which is what I have experienced is the phychology about it, don't treat UP s as a diet and you will suddenly be free to eat what you want, when you have that freedom you won't eat as much as you think you will, I hope this helps a bit x

Your post definitely makes me feel a whole lot better! I get what you mean, I just think i really need to loosen up a bit and get used to it. I'm really gonna just enjoy my UD tomorrow and not worry about it ! I didn't even eat THAT badly yesterday, need to stop beating myself up about it! Thanks for your words of wisdom! x
 
Today was tough, but I've coped! Didn't help that it was such a busy day at work as well. Was on my feet the whole day walking around and lifting things. Also went to play tennis. Can't complain as that leads to more calories burnt lol.

I've been craving dominos sooo badly today! So tomorrow I may treat myself to a homemade pizza :p hate spending money on junk food! It was tough today indeed, I feel like I hardly eat on these days.

Morning - cereal bar 80 cals
Midday- melon/grape fruit pot 80 cals
Evening- lots of rice pudding and jam 230 cals

Total; 390 cals
 
Hmmm. My Sunday dinner consisted of Dominos stuffed crust pizza. Followed by a cream egg cornetto. Very yummy.

Oooh sounds fabulous :) Cream Egg Cornetto - never heard of it but now I want one lol! Will have to look for one on my UD tomorrow :)

Wow that sounds amazing! Your post sparked off a pizza/icecream craving, and I'm on a DD too! That's it, tomorrow it's pizza!
 
Still been following religiously :p Yesterday was an UD and was sooo good. For breakfast I had turkey rashers/egg whites on 1 slice of toast. Then later in the day I had BBQ chicken, jaffa cakes, a lamb chop with rice and salad, cookies. Wasn't a bad day at all. TOTM started yesterday as well and managed to stay away from the chocolate bars! Did a bit of exercise for 30 mins.

DD today and I'm sooooo hungry. It's absolutely crazy how much stuff I crave on my DD but when my UD comes around I have no idea what to eat, I really struggle! Haha :)
